BullX
BullX NEO was a multi-chain DEX trading terminal designed specifically for active memecoin traders on Solana and other chains. The platform combined real-time token discovery, swap execution, limit orders, and wallet management in a single web interface authenticated through Telegram. At its peak, BullX processed over $12 billion in cumulative trading volume and attracted approximately 260,000 monthly active users. Trading functionality was suspended on June 1, 2026, and as of September 2026 no timeline or roadmap for a new version has been announced.
What BullX Was
BullX positioned itself as a one-stop trading terminal for traders targeting newly launched tokens and memecoins — markets where speed of discovery and execution are decisive advantages. Rather than routing users through a standard DEX interface, BullX built a custom dashboard that aggregated token scanning, live charting, wallet tracking, and order routing into a single view. The Telegram-authentication model lowered the barrier to entry compared with traditional wallet-connect flows, and the platform's proprietary blockchain distribution network (HyperRouter) was engineered to submit transactions with minimal latency.
The platform described its function as "software that routes user-requested swaps through third-party decentralized applications," making it a layer on top of existing on-chain liquidity rather than a standalone exchange. Users created non-custodial wallets inside the platform and managed private keys themselves; BullX held no custody over funds.
Core Mechanism
Users connected via Telegram, generated a non-custodial wallet within the interface, and deposited funds to begin trading. From the dashboard, traders could browse tokens through the Explore feature, view real-time price charts, and execute buy or sell orders directly against on-chain DEX liquidity.
Transaction routing used BullX's HyperRouter BDN by default, with automatic fallback to BloxRoute. For Solana, MEV protection was available through Jito infrastructure, routing transactions through Jito's validator network to reduce sandwich attack exposure. Traders could set custom priority fees and bribe amounts to improve confirmation speed during periods of network congestion — default settings were 0.01 SOL for priority fees and 0.01 SOL for bribe, with a minimum of 0.002 SOL recommended for MEV-protected transactions.
Limit orders allowed users to set automated buy and sell triggers at target price levels across all supported chains, which was particularly useful for capturing profits or limiting losses on volatile memecoin positions without requiring active monitoring.
Key Features
Multi-chain coverage. BullX supported Solana, Ethereum, Base, Blast, Arbitrum, Binance Smart Chain, Bitcoin, and The Open Network (TON), with a chain selector in the main navigation. Solana was the primary focus, and the platform's Solana execution speed was consistently cited as a differentiating factor in independent reviews.
Token discovery and pump tracking. The Explore feature surfaced newly launched tokens alongside trending metrics and pump signals, helping traders identify early-stage opportunities before they reached mainstream awareness.
Basic security screening. BullX integrated automated checks for common smart contract risk indicators — mint authority, freeze authority, and concentrated liquidity ownership — flagging tokens with elevated risk profiles before users committed capital. The platform explicitly noted that these checks could not guarantee safety, and tokens passing screening could still be honeypots or rug pulls.
Multi-wallet management. Users could operate multiple wallets from a single interface, enabling portfolio segmentation or parallel position management across different strategies.
Telegram integration. The Telegram bot layer allowed traders to receive real-time alerts and manage positions from mobile without accessing the full web dashboard.
Fee Structure
BullX charged a flat 1% platform fee on the initial token amount for every buy and sell transaction, collected in SOL. In addition to the platform fee, traders paid protocol fees from the underlying DEX (ranging from 0.15% to 5% depending on the liquidity source — PumpFun charged 1%, Raydium typically 0.25% for migrated tokens), standard Solana network gas fees, priority fees, and optional bribe payments. Round-trip costs on small trades could accumulate substantially once all fee layers were included.
Security Considerations
BullX operated as a high-risk hot wallet environment. Private keys were displayed once at wallet creation; the platform provided no recovery mechanism for lost keys or compromised Telegram accounts. The non-custodial model placed full security responsibility on users, making BullX suitable primarily for active speculative capital rather than long-term holdings. The platform was recommended for low-balance positions appropriate to its risk profile.
Scale and Performance
During the Solana memecoin cycle of 2024 to 2025, BullX became one of the highest-volume Solana-native trading tools. Independently estimated figures indicate approximately $200 to $206 million in platform fees collected over its operating life and over $12 billion in total trading volume processed. Monthly active users reached approximately 260,000 by mid-2025.
The platform also promised an airdrop of 85 million BULLX tokens tied to trading volume and referral activity, with early access participants earning accelerated point accumulation. That airdrop was repeatedly delayed and had not launched as of the June 2026 trading suspension.
Shutdown
On June 1, 2026, at 00:00 UTC, BullX disabled trading execution in the current version of the application. The team announced the suspension via Discord, stating: "Trading on this version of the app will be disabled at 12:00 AM UTC on 1 June, 2026. Withdraw and wallet functions will be accessible as usual. This is being done to make way for the future version of the app."
Withdrawal access and wallet management functions were kept operational, allowing users to recover their assets. No timeline, roadmap, or public update regarding a new version was released in the months following the suspension. As of September 2026, BullX has not resumed trading operations and the community broadly regards the platform as closed.
Solana Ecosystem Context
BullX emerged during a period of intense memecoin trading activity on Solana, when the combination of low transaction costs, fast finality, and the PumpFun token launchpad drove massive speculative volume. BullX competed with other Solana trading terminals including Axiom and Photon, differentiating through its visual terminal interface, multi-chain breadth, and Telegram-integrated workflow. Its fee volume placed it among the largest revenue-generating applications in the Solana ecosystem during its peak operating period.
The platform's suspension left a significant gap in the Solana trading terminal market, prompting coverage across crypto media tracking where its former user base migrated.
