Who publishes this site
Solana Compass is published by Solana Compass, an independent platform that has operated a validator on Solana mainnet since September 2021. We are not owned by, funded by, or affiliated with any project we cover. The site is sustained by staking commissions from our validator — which means our incentive is a healthy, growing Solana network, not coverage favors.
How our articles are produced
Our coverage is produced through an in-house editorial system designed, built, and continuously refined by the site's founder. A great deal of editorial work goes into the workflows and standards behind every article: which sources qualify, how claims are verified, and how data is checked before anything is published. That system has been through many iterations of testing and refinement, and it is held to the standards below.
- Primary sources linked. Articles cite and link the original announcement, governance proposal, or data source they report on.
- On-chain data verified against our own infrastructure. Network statistics and staking figures come from data we collect and validate with our own validator and indexing infrastructure, not third-party aggregators.
- Clear separation of fact and analysis. Market commentary and projections are framed as such.
- No paid placements. We do not publish sponsored content presented as news.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it. If you spot an error in any article or dataset, contact us via the channels below with a link to the page in question. Verified errors are corrected promptly, and substantive corrections are noted visibly on the amended article so readers can see what changed.
