US Spot Solana ETFs Pull $153M in Their Strongest Week Since Launch
US spot Solana ETFs recorded $153M in net inflows the week ending August 31, the best single week since their October 2025 launch, with total AUM at $1.49B.
US spot Solana SOL$107.45-1.4% exchange-traded funds accumulated $153 million in net inflows during the week ending August 31, according to CryptoBriefing โ the strongest single week since the category launched in October 2025. Across all nine products, total assets under management reached approximately $1.49 billion.
$153M Week Tops Every Prior Period of 2026
The weekly record extended a run that has made August the most productive month for Solana ETF flows since launch. Inflows for the month crossed $174 million with two trading sessions remaining at publication time, per CryptoBriefing, a monthly figure no prior period had matched.
August 27 produced the week's single-day peak: $60.91 million in net inflows, the third-highest daily result since the October 2025 launch, per CryptoBriefing. Combined trading volume for all nine products hit $196.82 million. Bitwise's BSOL staking fund captured $40.2 million of that day's total (roughly 66%), per CryptoBriefing, as it crossed $1 billion in assets under management for the first time, with Goldman Sachs disclosed as its largest known institutional holder.
SolanaFloor's ETF tracker confirmed the weekly record on the morning of August 31: "U.S. spot Solana ETFs recorded their strongest week of 2026, with over $153 million in net inflows, a new yearly high."
BSOL Commands 77โ80% of Category Capital
Bitwise BSOL holds approximately 9.3 million SOL and has accumulated between $1.01 billion and $1.03 billion in cumulative net inflows since launch โ representing 77 to 80 percent of all capital ever deployed into the nine US spot Solana ETF products, per CryptoBriefing. The remainder is divided among Grayscale (GSOL), Fidelity (FSOL), Morgan Stanley (MSOL), VanEck (VSOL), 21Shares (TSOL), and three other issuers. Cumulative net inflows across the full category have now exceeded $1.3 billion since October 2025, per CryptoBriefing. Our earlier reporting on the $1.19 billion cumulative milestone and BSOL's market position covers how that concentration built over time.

SOL Gains 46% in August as Schwab and ARK Expand Solana Access
The ETF record arrived alongside a broader August wave of institutional Solana activity. Charles Schwab announced spot SOL trading for its Schwab Crypto platform, reaching roughly 39 million brokerage accounts. ARK Invest executed its largest single-day purchase of 3iQ's SOLQ staking ETF on August 28, acquiring 9,755 units across ARKW and ARKF.
SOL itself rose approximately 46% during August, according to Bitcoin.com, snapping a ten-month consecutive monthly decline. The token reached $110.38 on August 27, the same session that set the week's inflow peak, before trading near $106 by Sunday's close.
