STOCKLANA Hackathon Expands to $121,000 With Five Ecosystem Partner Tracks

The submission deadline has been extended from September 18 to September 25 at 4 PM ET.

The official @solana account announced the expansion on September 15. STOCKLANA opened September 11 as the first competition on Solana Foundation's new hackathons.solana.com platform, with a $100,000 prize pool and a one-week brief: build anything that makes stocks on Solana better than a traditional brokerage account. The five new tracks add technical focus areas on top of that brief and seven additional build days.

Five Tracks, Each Targeting a Different Layer of Tokenized Equities

Meteora's track asks for creative applications of its Dynamic Bonding Curve in a tokenized equity context. Clawpump is funding agent-native stock trading products built on Meteora infrastructure, awarding $3,000 to first place, $1,500 to second, and $500 to third. PreStocks and Tessera both focus on pre-IPO and private equity on-chain, with Tessera offering the largest single bounty at $6,000. Pyth Network is providing three months of Pyth Pro access to builders who best integrate real-time market data feeds into tokenized equity products.

All five bounties run alongside the main $100,000 prize track. A team may enter the main track and one or more bounty tracks in a single submission, and the listed total across all prizes reaches $121,000.

Tokenized Equity Reaches 800,000 Holders on Solana as STOCKLANA Draws 593 Builders

STOCKLANA's hackathons.solana.com page shows 593 registered participants and 81 submissions as of September 16. Tokenized equity holder counts on Solana surpassed 800,000 as of September 14. A separate Solana Foundation trading breakdown found that 63% of tokenized stock volume occurs outside regular market hours, the 24/7 availability gap between on-chain equities and traditional brokerages, and a core theme in the STOCKLANA build brief.

The deadline is September 25 at 4 PM ET, matching the market close. Submissions require a GitHub link, a live demo, or a video walkthrough.
