Backpack Securities Lists Tokenized Moderna on Solana One Day After mRNA Cancer Vaccine Phase 3 Success

The combination reduced the risk of recurrence or death by 49% and the risk of distant metastasis by 59% relative to Keytruda monotherapy. INTerpath-001 is the first Phase 3 trial to demonstrate that a personalized mRNA neoantigen therapy can improve outcomes over the standard-of-care checkpoint inhibitor in an adjuvant cancer setting.

Professor Georgina Long, who helped lead the investigation, said the results mark "the first Phase 3 study to show that intismeran can reduce the risk of recurrence." Merck research chief Dr. Dean Y. Li described the readout as confirmation "of the promise of a more personalized approach."
