GoPro Equity Token $GPRO Goes Live on Solana, Raydium Pool Earns $265K in Fees on $8M Launch-Day Volume
Backpack Securities listed tokenized GoPro shares ($GPRO) on Solana via Sunrise. Within hours, the Raydium dynamic fee pool earned $265K in fees on $8M volume.
Tokenized GoPro shares went live on Solana on September 1, 2026, issued by Backpack Backpack Securities and routed through the Sunrise asset gateway. Within hours of the first trades, on-chain analyst @0xINFRA reported that the Raydium RAY$0.820+2.6% Raydium dynamic fee pool had accumulated $265,000 in fees on $8 million in volume against just $78,000 in deposited liquidity.
That ratio ($265K in fees on $78K of capital, roughly 340% yield in just a few hours) reflects what happens when a new tokenized equity lands on a high-fee pool during active price discovery. At those rates, liquidity providers in the $GPRO pool were earning roughly 3.3 cents per dollar traded. The $265K figure is specific to launch conditions and will compress as trading volume normalises.
How Backpack Securities Issues 1:1 Tokenized Equities on Solana
$GPRO is a tokenized equity backed 1:1 by actual GoPro Inc. shares held in custody by Backpack Securities, a US broker regulated to operate on Solana. Each token represents a New York UCC Article 8 security entitlement converted into a Solana SPL token. Holders can redeem through Backpack at any time, converting back into traditional share holdings or transferring to other brokerages via DTCC/ACATS rails.
Sunrise Sunrise, an asset gateway built by Wormhole Labs on Solana, establishes canonical mint addresses for each Backpack Securities listing. Those mints flow automatically to wallets and decentralized exchanges, making the token tradeable across the ecosystem without separate integrations at each venue.
GoPro is the fourth company Backpack Securities has tokenized. The program opened June 12, 2026 with SpaceX, whose listing drove a historic surge in tokenized-equity trading volume on Solana, then added Micron and Moderna. The Moderna listing in August generated $4.5 million in first-day volume; GoPro's first-hours figure of $8 million already exceeds it.
Raydium Dynamic Fee Pool: $265K in Fees on $78K Liquidity
Raydium's dynamic fee model generates higher fees when market activity is elevated. New tokenized equity listings tend to attract concentrated early trading from participants seeking price discovery, which pushes fee revenue above steady-state levels. The $265K figure reflects those conditions, not an ongoing baseline. For reference, Raydium's CLMM program (which hosts the dynamic fee pools) averaged $214 million in daily swap volume between August 26 and 31, per Solana Compass data.
Where to Trade Tokenized GoPro Shares
$GPRO is available on Backpack Exchange and Titan Exchange, and on-chain via Raydium and any Jupiter-routed swap. Standard Solana wallets including Phantom can hold the token. Backpack Securities users with GoPro equity positions can withdraw them to a Solana wallet at any time, converting the brokerage holding into the on-chain token.
Traditional stock exchanges close at 4 PM Eastern and do not operate on weekends. Tokenized equities on Solana trade continuously, and because $GPRO is a standard SPL token, it can move freely between wallets and into DeFi applications.
Backpack has held dominant volume on every stock it has listed. In Q2 2026, the broker captured 87% of tokenized SpaceX volume and 95% of Micron volume while holding only a fraction of total circulating supply, with xStocks AAPLx$327.18+2.4% xStocks as its primary competitor.
Spotting the Real $GPRO Token
An unrelated community token using the $GOPRO ticker exists on Solana with no connection to GoPro Inc. or Backpack Securities. The legitimate token carries the canonical mint address established by Sunrise. Anyone transacting in $GPRO should verify the mint matches the Sunrise-issued version before trading.
GoPro brings a consumer hardware profile that differs from the earlier Backpack roster. SpaceX was private-market access, Micron semiconductor, Moderna biotech. Adding a maker of action cameras extends the platform's tokenized equity catalog into a new product category.
