Backpack has added Intel to its roster of tokenized US equities on Solana. As of July 21, INTC is live and trading through Sunrise, the tokenization protocol Backpack launched in June 2026. The listing arrives three days before Intel's Q2 2026 earnings release, giving on-chain traders continuous access through the announcement window and beyond.

How Backpack's $INTC Token Is Structured

Each token represents a 1:1 claim on a real Intel share held in custody. The issuance complies with New York's Uniform Commercial Code Article 8, which makes tokens eligible for corporate actions including dividends and stock splits, placing holders on equivalent legal footing with shareholders in traditional brokerage accounts, according to CryptoBriefing. The total supply at launch is 6,151 tokens, each tracking Intel's share price at roughly $104, per CryptoBriefing.

That legal structure marks a break from earlier tokenized-equity programs at Binance and FTX, both shut down by regulators. Sunrise builds its tokens under established securities frameworks rather than a synthetic construct, giving holders defined rights rather than an approximation.

Where $INTC Trades and Early Volume

The official Solana announcement listed nine venues at launch: Raydium RAY$0.714+1.0%, Jupiter JUP$0.199+0.6% Mobile, Phantom, DFlow, Titan Exchange, Archer Exchange, Kamino, Mayan, and FOMO. The liquidity pool opened at roughly $199K, per CryptoBriefing. In its first six hours of active trading, $INTC logged approximately $131K in volume across 1,547 trades from 91 unique wallets, per Solana Compass token data.

The 24/7 availability is particularly relevant ahead of Thursday's Q2 earnings. On-chain holders can trade through Intel's post-earnings reaction period, overnight, and across the following weekend. Those windows are unavailable to holders of the underlying stock through traditional brokerages.

Backpack's Expanding Token Roster

Intel joins a Sunrise-issued lineup that already includes SpaceX (SPCX), Micron ($MU), Robinhood ($HOODx), and SanDisk ($SNDK). The platform has processed roughly $1.5B in monthly tokenized securities volume, with single-day highs exceeding $187M in mid-June, according to CryptoBriefing. Solana accounts for 95% of on-chain equity volume across blockchains, per the rwa.xyz analytics dashboard launched yesterday. The Intel listing adds a chip-sector blue-chip to the growing set of US equities tradeable on-chain.
