Everstake Non-custodial Staking
Everstake offers secure staking for 70+ PoS blockchains like Ethereum 2.0, Cosmos, Polkadot, and Solana with non-custodial control and high uptime.
Everstake
Everstake is a professional staking and blockchain infrastructure company founded in 2018 by blockchain engineers, headquartered in Miami, FL. It operates validators and staking services across 130+ proof-of-stake networks, managing over $6.5 billion in staked assets for more than 1.6 million users globally.
Core Business
Everstake's core function is running and operating validators on proof-of-stake blockchains, handling the infrastructure complexity so that individual and institutional token holders can delegate their assets and earn staking rewards without managing nodes themselves. The company employs a team of 100+ professionals and has maintained a record of zero material slashing events since inception, with a stated 99.9% uptime SLA across its validator fleet.
The company holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001:2022, and GDPR compliance certifications, positioning itself toward institutional clients that require auditable operational controls.
Solana Presence
Everstake launched its Solana validator on July 4, 2020, making it one of the longer-running independent validators on the network. Its Solana validator address is 9QU2QSxhb24FUX3Tu2FpczXjpK3VYrvRudywSZaM29mF. As of mid-2026, the validator holds approximately 7.99 million SOL in delegated stake, with a current APR of around 5.18% and a validator commission of 7%. Everstake reports being the leader in the number of staking accounts among all Solana validators.
Beyond standard delegation, Everstake has expanded into Solana-specific infrastructure products targeting institutional and high-performance use cases.
Institutional Solana Products
In September 2025, Everstake announced an expansion of its institutional Solana services suite, introducing three products:
ShredStream is a low-latency data delivery service that streams Solana shreds — the atomic block-level data units — directly from network leaders. By receiving data at the source rather than waiting for full block propagation, users such as trading firms, RPC providers, and validators can reduce latency by hundreds of milliseconds.
Stake-Weighted Quality of Service (SWQoS) provides transaction prioritization based on validator stake weight. Everstake routes client transactions through its validator's stake-weighted queue access, offering deterministic throughput and exclusive routing lanes. Target users include DeFi protocols, algorithmic traders, market makers, and gaming applications that require guaranteed transaction inclusion.
Validator-as-a-Service (VaaS) is a fully managed validator operation for custodians, exchanges, funds, and large token holders. It requires a minimum delegation of 50,000 SOL and includes revenue-sharing arrangements, slashing protection coverage, and the company's SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certified operational infrastructure. CEO David Kinitsky described the product rationale: "Institutions entering Solana need more than raw throughput; they need predictability, resilience, and security."
Blockspace by Everstake
In 2026, Everstake launched Blockspace, a two-sided marketplace on Solana that connects validators with order-flow operators. The product is designed to help validators monetize blockspace allocation and give transaction originators — searchers, traders — access to priority execution paths on Solana's network.
Multi-Chain Staking Platform
Beyond Solana, Everstake's main staking platform covers a broad set of proof-of-stake networks. The company's blog regularly covers technical developments across Ethereum, Cardano, Cosmos, Sui, Aptos, Polygon, Starknet, and others. A partnership with the HyraOne wallet SDK embeds native staking for SOL, ETH, APT, ATOM, SUI, ADA, and POL directly in a mobile wallet interface, with private keys remaining on-device.
Everstake has also released an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that exposes staking data from 130+ PoS networks through a programmatic interface for AI systems and developer tooling.
Background and Team
Everstake was founded in 2018, predating most of the networks it currently supports. It operates as a for-profit infrastructure business with reported headcount of 100+ professionals across a globally distributed team. The company does not have a protocol token. Its staking fee on Solana is 7%, consistent across epochs.
Ecosystem Fit
On Solana, Everstake sits at the intersection of delegated staking, institutional infrastructure, and high-frequency trading tooling. Its ShredStream and SWQoS products address the Solana-specific challenge of latency-sensitive transaction submission in a high-throughput environment. The VaaS offering targets the growing segment of institutional capital entering Solana through custodians and asset managers who require compliance-grade operational wrappers around validator participation.
