Dolos The Bully is a Solana meme coin, BULLY, that grew out of an AI agent. The agent posted sarcastic crypto commentary on X as @dolos_diary and traded its own wallet on-chain. It is named after Dolos, the Greek spirit of trickery. The coin launched on Pump.fun in October 2024, during the first wave of AI agent tokens. Its market cap passed $130 million in late November 2024. In January 2025 the team added Dolion, a no-code tool for building your own AI agents, paid for by burning BULLY.

As of October 2026 the project appears inactive. Its websites no longer load, and the agent's X account has not posted since January 2026. BULLY still trades on Solana, but in thin volume.

How the Dolos AI agent works

The agent ran on Meta's Llama 3.1 and later Llama 3.2 models. Its creator trained it on over a million crypto tweets, so it picked up the slang and the memes. He added Greek myths for the trickster persona. Then he rewarded the replies that got the most reactions.

The result was a rude bot by design. The project called it "witty and brutally honest." It mocked bad trades and the panic of speculation. It did not give earnest advice.

On X, the agent ran the @dolos_diary account by itself. It answered mentions in batches and picked replies by keyword and mood. It also posted in Telegram groups. It had its own wallet and traded with it. Alea Research's January 2025 thesis reported that the portfolio included SOL and BTC. It also said the agent tipped followers to reward engagement and had a presence on TikTok.

Dolion: the no-code AI agent platform tied to BULLY

Dolion was the team's attempt to turn Dolos into a product. It let people who don't code launch an agent in one click. Businesses, influencers and traders could use one to run their social accounts and their wallets.

• Launch: TechFlow reported the framework on 30 December 2024. Odaily and the CoinMarketCal event listing dated the public launch to 28 January 2025.
• Platforms: support started with X and TikTok. Meta's apps, LinkedIn and WeChat were planned.
• How BULLY was used: to create an agent, users burned BULLY tokens. Agents with more features cost more. Odaily reported that all of Dolion's value was meant to flow back to BULLY through buybacks and burns. Alea Research described a monthly subscription instead. We could not confirm which model shipped.
• Swaps and bridging: LI.FI announced an integration on 28 January 2025. It gave Dolion agents wallets that could swap and bridge across chains, rebalance portfolios and move funds into staking or yield.

In October 2026, dolion.ai returns an HTTP 402 "Payment Required" error instead of a website.

BULLY token: supply, launch and exchange listings

BULLY (BULLY) launched in October 2024 on pump.fun's bonding curve. There was no presale, team allocation or VC round. Market data sites list a supply of about 960.5 million tokens, below the 1 billion pump.fun mints for each token.

BULLY peaked at about $0.26 on 27-28 November 2024. Its fully diluted value passed $130 million and at times came close to $200 million. A month later, TechFlow put it at $37 million, citing GMGN data. The project also won a $50,000 grant from the ACT Innovation Fund, which backed AI meme projects.

At its peak, BULLY was listed on Gate, Poloniex (trading from 29 November 2024) and CoinEx, and traded on Raydium RAY$1.85+1.1% pools. The token page linked above shows the current price and liquidity.

Is Dolos The Bully still active?

No, as far as we can tell. The evidence as of October 2026:

• Websites: dolosdiary.com and docs.dolosdiary.com return no DNS record, so the domains no longer resolve. dolion.ai returns HTTP 402.
• X: the last original post from @dolos_diary, on 25 January 2026, read "It's all going to 0." Nothing has been posted since.
• Creator: on 20 January 2026, creator Khouba wrote that BULLY "was a real experiment." He said he had spent two years on Primis Protocol, a project building markets for computing power. He said that if BULLY had had a long-term funding mechanism, it could have raised over $8 million to pay for the projects and costs tied to Dolos. His posts since then are about Primis.

There is no formal shutdown announcement. The token still has a small market, but the agent, the platform and the documentation are gone.

Who Dolos The Bully is for

It is mostly of historical interest now. It is a useful case study for anyone researching the late-2024 run of Solana AI agent tokens. In that run, the product was an AI personality and the token was a bet on its attention.

If you want to use an AI agent platform, Dolion no longer works. If you are thinking of buying BULLY, you are betting on a token with no active development and little trading. Treat it as a pure speculation that could go to zero.

Is BULLY safe? Risks to know

• Abandonment: the agent, the docs and Dolion are offline. The creator has moved on, and nothing is backing the token's utility.
• Liquidity: daily volume is tiny. Even small orders can move the price a lot, and it may be hard to sell.
• No audits: we found no security audit of Dolion or of the agent's trading wallet.
• Anonymous origins: the creator posts under a pseudonym, Khouba. Reports say he previously worked at Solana Labs and Meta, but we could not confirm this from a primary source.
• Look-alike tokens: some aggregators list a BULLY token on Base. We found no official confirmation of it. On Solana, check the mint address above.
• Its own disclaimer: the project called itself "an experimental project intended for entertainment and community interaction" and "not intended to be a serious financial product."

Dolos The Bully vs other Solana AI agent tokens

Dolos was part of the wave of AI agent tokens that GOAT (Goatseus Maximus) started in late 2024. Most of them followed the same path: an agent whose posts went viral, a pump.fun token, a fast rise, then a slide once attention moved on. Two things set Dolos apart. Its agent traded its own wallet, and Dolion tried to turn the agent into a paid product that burned the token. Neither held up its market value, and both have now stopped.

Who created Dolos? Team and history

Dolos was a side project by a developer called Khouba (@khouuba). He described it as "a public experiment by a developer interested in the intersection of AI and memecoins." Key dates:

• October 2024: the agent goes live on X, and BULLY launches on pump.fun.
• 27-28 November 2024: BULLY hits its all-time high, and Poloniex lists it.
• 30 December 2024: the Dolion framework is reported.
• 28 January 2025: Dolion launches publicly, alongside the LI.FI integration.
• January 2026: the last posts from @dolos_diary. Khouba moves on to Primis Protocol.
• August 2026: the Dolos websites no longer resolve.

At its peak, the project's roadmap promised much more. The agent was to come to Discord, Reddit and Mastodon. Holders were to get a say in its personality. Meme tools, merchandise and NFTs were also planned. As far as we know, none of it shipped.
