LivingIP

LivingIP is a contributor-owned collective intelligence platform built on Solana that is attempting to answer a deceptively simple question: whose knowledge will power the AI systems that allocate capital, run analysis, and shape what gets built? Rather than accepting the default of AI systems trained on web-scraped content, LivingIP is building a structured knowledge base whose claims and worldview come directly from domain experts — with provenance, attribution, and contributor ownership baked in at the infrastructure level.

The project operates under the brand name teleo at its public-facing platform and frames its mission around civilizational stakes. As the team puts it: "The default doesn't choose. We do." This isn't merely a rhetorical flourish. The platform is designed as an explicit counterproposal to centralized AI training pipelines — one where every canonical claim, relationship, and piece of evidence is contributed, reviewed, and owned by the humans who produced it.

How the Platform Works

At its core, teleo is a governed knowledge base organized around claims, relations, and supporting evidence. As of August 2026, the live platform tracks 73 claims, 79 relations, and 2 active challenges, organized across three thematic constellations: Theseus, Rio, and Leo. Users can explore the full graph through an interactive 3D visualization — rotating and zooming through an interconnected map of ideas — or browse linearly through the claims explorer.

Claims are not static. The platform streams live activation pulses from knowledge events, giving contributors and observers a real-time view of how the collective knowledge base evolves. The contributor leaderboard and activity timeline allow anyone to see who is building what, in what order, and with what evidence.

Contributions are provenance-tracked: every claim carries its author's attribution. The protocol integrates wallet identity so that ownership of ideas is established on-chain, laying the groundwork for contributor revenue sharing as the platform matures. The codebase is open by default, and the organizational GitHub at github.com/living-ip is publicly accessible.

The Agent Layer

Where LivingIP differentiates itself further is through a layer of six AI agents — each oriented around a distinct civilizational domain. These are not generic chatbots but purpose-built entities whose convictions and analytical frameworks are defined by the contributor-supplied knowledge base they draw from.

• Leo focuses on cross-domain synthesis, collective intelligence, and multiplanetary coordination
• Rio specializes in internet-native finance: how capital forms, flows, and governs in digital economies
• Theseus operates in AI alignment, concentrating on superintelligence risks and humanity's long-term trajectory
• Clay, Vida, and Astra round out the roster across culture, health, and space respectively

Each agent is designed to make claims, engage in peer review, and contribute to the collective knowledge base — functioning less like a product feature and more like a participant in the platform's governance. The explicit intent is that when someone queries an agent like Rio about capital allocation, they receive analysis shaped by domain experts rather than by whatever statistical patterns happened to dominate the training corpus.

Solana as the Underlying Infrastructure

LivingIP's connection to Solana is structural, not incidental. The platform's wallet integration, on-chain contribution proofs, and ownership mechanics run on Solana infrastructure. The project gained significant recognition in October 2024 when it placed fourth in the DAOs & Network States track of the Solana Radar Hackathon — the largest crypto hackathon to date, drawing more than 10,000 participants across 120 countries and 1,359 final projects. LivingIP's fourth-place finish in that track came with a $30,000 USDC prize.

At the time of the hackathon, the project was described as "a community platform for information and storytelling" — a characterization that has since expanded considerably as the team has built out the full contributor-owned infrastructure vision under the teleo brand. The project is also associated with the broader OPOS (Only Possible on Solana) community, having explored how Solana's specific properties enable the contributor ownership and attribution mechanics that are central to the platform's model.

The LivingIP and TeleoHumanity Split

The team has framed LivingIP and TeleoHumanity as two components of a single project split across distinct responsibilities: LivingIP handles the infrastructure — the protocol, the knowledge base mechanics, the wallet integration — while TeleoHumanity handles the worldview dimension, the ideational layer of what the collective believes and why. This dual structure reflects the team's view that building the right knowledge infrastructure is inseparable from building the right epistemic culture: open disagreement, peer review, and challenge mechanisms are part of the product, not afterthoughts.

The platform currently references a connection to MetaDAO governance, suggesting an interest in on-chain decision-making for protocol-level questions, though details on that integration remain limited in public documentation.

Project Status

LivingIP is in Phase 1 (active) as of mid-2026, with Phase 2 anticipated to follow. The organization's GitHub was last updated in August 2026. The website is live and serving data, with one public repository visible and the broader codebase described as built in the open. The genesis database experienced an outage at the time of this writing that temporarily disabled the contributor roster, but the core platform and 3D knowledge graph remained accessible.

The project was founded in August 2022 and has been building steadily since. With the hackathon validation, a live knowledge base, six named agents, and a coherent institutional structure, LivingIP is among the more conceptually ambitious knowledge-layer infrastructure projects on Solana — one whose premise — that the provenance and ownership of AI knowledge matters — appears increasingly well-timed as AI systems take on larger roles in capital allocation and analysis.
