Infinex Account
Infinex Account implements passkey-based authentication and smart contract architecture across EVM and non-EVM chains, facilitating non-custodial asset management without seed phrases. The system provides cross-chain transaction execution with automated gas abstraction, enabling users to swap and bridge assets across various blockchains while maintaining unified portfolio visibility and recovery mechanisms.

Infinex
Infinex is a non-custodial crypto superapp that aggregates decentralized applications, trading venues, and cross-chain infrastructure across more than 25 blockchains into a single unified interface. Founded in 2023 by Kain Warwick—who also founded Synthetix—Infinex targets what its team identifies as the main barrier to DeFi adoption: the friction of managing separate wallets, seed phrases, and gas tokens for every network a user wants to interact with. Its stated goal is to deliver a centralized-exchange experience without sacrificing self-custody.
The Problem
Interacting with DeFi today requires juggling multiple wallets, manually bridging assets across chains, sourcing gas tokens for each network, and navigating separate application interfaces for every protocol. Infinex collapses this into a single authenticated session covering swaps, bridges, perpetual trading, spot markets, prediction markets, and portfolio management.
Architecture
The core innovation is replacing seed phrases with passkeys: device-native biometric credentials (FaceID, TouchID, or hardware security keys) managed through Turnkey infrastructure. Passkeys are stored on the user's own device and are inaccessible to Infinex or its infrastructure providers, making them resistant to phishing by design.
Infinex accounts follow a dual-wallet structure introduced in XIP-93, the platform's v2.0 upgrade proposal. Each account contains two layers:
- Wallet: On EVM networks this is an ERC-4337 account-abstraction wallet via ZeroDev, with policies managed off-chain by the Infinex platform. On Solana it functions as a standard externally-owned account. This layer enables faster iteration on deposit, withdrawal, swapping, and bridging features.
- Vault: The original on-chain smart contract accounts that users can selectively enable per blockchain. These provide a higher-security storage tier with on-chain enforced policies.
Gas abstraction operates through a universal gas account that covers transaction fees across all supported networks, removing the need to hold native tokens on each chain.
Cross-Chain Swapping: Swidge
Infinex's cross-chain product, Swidge, combines DEX aggregation, bridging, and intent-based routing into a single transaction flow. It integrates Jupiter (Solana), Mayan (cross-chain intents), LiFi, and 1inch Fusion, supporting more than 1,000 tokens across supported chains. The product reaches assets including BTC, XRP, DOGE, and ZEC—tokens historically available mainly through centralized exchanges. As of early 2026, Infinex covers approximately 85% of CoinGecko's top 100 assets by market capitalization, with full top-100 coverage targeted for H1 2026.
Infinex Pro
On July 31, 2026, Infinex Perps rebranded as Infinex Pro, combining perpetual futures and spot trading in a single interface optimized for web and mobile. Perpetuals are powered by Hyperliquid and Lighter—users toggle between venues at the market selector without leaving the application. Spot trading currently runs on Hyperliquid through USDC-quoted markets, with Lighter spot markets planned. Infinex Pro includes a unified portfolio view that consolidates spot and derivatives exposure across the full account.
Additional Products
- Browser extension: Provides cross-chain wallet functionality with gas abstraction for use across external dApps without switching to a separate wallet application.
- Infinex Predict: A prediction markets product in early access, with integration planned for Polymarket and Hyperliquid's HIP-4 mechanism.
- Infinex NFT: An NFT marketplace feature in early access.
Supported Networks
Infinex supports more than 25 blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain, Berachain, and Blast. The platform has announced day-one integration partnerships with upcoming networks MegaETH and Fogo.
Funding and Backers
In September 2024, Infinex ran the Patron NFT sale, raising $67.7 million over 14 days from 43,244 Patron NFTs sold across six blockchains. Backers include Founders Fund, Solana Ventures, and Wintermute Ventures. A subsequent public token sale—the Sonar Sale—offered 500 million INX tokens (5% of total supply) at a $300 million fully diluted valuation.
INX Token
The INX token generation event took place in January 2026 at $0.033 per token, establishing a $330 million FDV at launch. The accompanying ICO raised $7.2 million from more than 850 participants. Patron NFT holders received 100,000 INX tokens per NFT at TGE. INX is used for governance participation and trading fee discounts, with a revenue-driven token buyback model. Total token supply is 10 billion INX.
Ecosystem Fit
Although Infinex operates across more than 25 chains, it has material ties to the Solana ecosystem. Solana Ventures participated in the Patron round, Jupiter and Mayan serve as core routing integrations in Swidge, and Solana is one of the natively supported account types in the v2.0 architecture. Infinex positions itself as a neutral user-facing layer—a single interface that makes sophisticated on-chain finance accessible to mainstream users without custody trade-offs.
