Solana Mobile Opens 25M SKR Claims for Seeker Summer Round 1 Participants

Solana Mobile announced on July 16 that 25M SKR has been allocated for participants of Seeker Summer Round 1, per the official @solanamobile post. The claim window opens today, July 17 at 4PM UTC, through the Seed Vault Wallet on Seeker devices.

Round 1 ran from July 7 through July 15 as the opening segment of Seeker Summer, Solana Mobile's seasonal program running four two-week rounds through August 30. The four spotlighted dApp Store apps for Round 1 were GEODNET GEOD$0.200+0.4% Tokenrun, Loyal LOYAL$0.132-0.6%, Dolero, and Slimecoin, each with two quests. Seeker device holders who completed quests before the July 15 deadline are eligible for the allocation.

How to Claim Round 1 SKR in Seed Vault Wallet

Claiming works entirely on-device. Open the Seed Vault Wallet already installed on your Seeker, navigate to the Activity Tracking tab, and tap Claim SKR. The transaction requires a small SOL balance to cover the network fee.

Once claimed, SKR can be staked directly in Seed Vault Wallet by delegating to a Guardian (the nodes that verify Seeker devices and curate dApp Store submissions). The network currently has 4.93 billion SKR staked at a yield of 16.4%, per Solana Mobile's staking page.

Solana Mobile has not stated a claim window for the Round 1 allocation. The Season 1 airdrop carried a 90-day window before unclaimed tokens returned to the distribution pool; claiming promptly avoids any ambiguity.

Round 1 SKR Rewards vs. the Season 1 Airdrop

The Round 1 payout is the first SKR distribution tied to Seeker Summer quest activity. It differs from the Season 1 airdrop in January 2026, which allocated approximately 1.82 billion SKR to more than 100,000 Seeker device holders based on long-term platform engagement across all of Season 1. The Seeker Summer allocations are round-specific and smaller: 25M SKR for two weeks of quest completions, with separate distributions expected for each remaining round.

SKR carries a market capitalization of approximately $87 million and 41,746 holder wallets as of July 17, per Compass token data. The token's utility is tied to the Seeker ecosystem: holders stake to Guardians, participate in dApp Store governance, and can use SKR to purchase Seeker hardware at a discount.

Solana Mobile's July 15 update confirmed Seeker Summer continues with new quests, apps, and SKR perks each round through August 30. The Round 2 app lineup has not been disclosed.
