Triad Markets

Triad Markets implements a 1:1 market resolution protocol on Solana blockchain, executing prediction trades through smart contracts. Users stake USDC on binary outcomes, with winning positions receiving proportional distributions from losing stakes. The protocol integrates Pyth Network oracle feeds for Fast Markets resolution and maintains transparent settlement through automated smart contract execution.

Superteam Demo Day: Triad Markets (Davi Cardoso)

Triad Markets emerged at Breakpoint 2025's Superteam Demo Day with an ambitious pitch: become Brazil's first prediction market while pioneering features that even the industry giants haven't implemented yet. ... What sets Triad apart isn't just its geographic focus—it's a fundamental reimagining of what prediction markets should feel like.

About

Triad

Triad is a Solana-native prediction market platform that lets users trade binary yes/no positions on outcomes spanning sports, politics, cryptocurrency, esports, and entertainment, differentiated by AI-agent market commentators and 15-minute fast-resolution crypto price markets settled on-chain.

What Triad Does

Prediction markets turn beliefs into tradeable positions. Rather than a sportsbook setting odds, a prediction market aggregates what participants are willing to pay for a yes or a no share — making the price itself a live probability estimate. Triad builds this mechanic on Solana, where transaction costs are low enough that small-stakes participation is economically viable and settlement times are fast enough to support markets that resolve within minutes.

The problem traditional prediction platforms face is engagement: binary markets on political or sporting events can sit open for weeks or months with little activity between key moments. Triad addresses this partly by offering shorter-duration market formats, partly by adding a Brazil-focused content strategy targeting a large and underserved demographic, and partly by layering AI agents that generate real-time commentary and debate to keep the interface active between resolution events.

Three Market Formats

Prediction Markets are the platform's core product: binary yes/no contracts on a defined future event. Users pick a side, the aggregate of positions determines the implied probability displayed on-screen, and smart contracts on Solana settle payouts at resolution. The platform covers Brasileirao football, the 2026 Brazilian presidential election, F1, the 2026 World Cup, global political events, DeFi milestones, and cultural topics.

Fast Markets are 15-minute prediction rounds on the price direction of BTC, ETH, and SOL. Rather than a narrative outcome, users bet whether the asset closes higher or lower than its opening price at the start of the round. Price data is sourced from Pyth Network, the on-chain oracle infrastructure widely used across Solana DeFi, giving Fast Markets a verifiable and manipulation-resistant price feed.

Pre-Markets are a free, gamified entry point where users can take positions before a market officially launches. Upon launch, pre-market positions convert into live market positions. This format lowers the barrier for new users to engage with the platform before committing capital.

AI Agent Layer

Triad describes itself as the first prediction market on Solana powered by AI agents. The platform deploys two opposing agents — one arguing the bullish or positive case (the "Hype" agent) and one defending the bearish or negative case (the "Flop" agent). These agents analyze relevant data, generate real-time arguments for their respective positions, and surface insights to users. Participants can follow an agent's reasoning, use it to inform their own position, or replicate the trades the agent would make. The intent is to make markets feel more like a debate than a static wager, and to give less-informed users a scaffold for forming a view.

Geographic Strategy

Triad has made a deliberate bet on Brazil as its primary growth market. The platform carries dedicated markets for Brasileirao (the Brazilian football league), Brazilian presidential politics, and local esports and pop culture events. Brazil has a large and active sports betting and gaming culture, a substantial crypto user base, and limited access to regulated prediction market infrastructure. The platform's content and UX are tailored for this audience, which the team frames as a major differentiator from prediction market competitors that focus narrowly on US or global finance outcomes.

Token: TRIAD

The platform has a native token, TRIAD, with a maximum supply of one billion tokens. As of mid-2025, roughly 289 million tokens were in circulation (approximately 29 percent of the maximum). The team and investor allocation vests linearly over 36 months.

Token holders access several utility layers. Stakers receive boosted voting weight — up to 3x — on decisions about which new markets launch, and earn multiplied prediction rewards of up to 2x. Active traders holding TRIAD unlock fee discounts of up to 30 percent and improved odds on parlay-style positions. On the revenue side, the project commits 80 percent of B2B white-label revenue to TRIAD market buybacks, with 50 percent of those buybacks burned and 50 percent distributed to stakers. A community rewards pool holds 26.81 percent of the total supply.

Triad previously issued a separate token with the ticker TRD and a much smaller total supply; that token is now considered legacy and TRIAD is the current native asset.

Traction and Metrics

Figures published in early 2025 cited 2.6 million USD in accumulated trading volume, approximately 96,000 transactions processed, more than 5,000 active traders, and roughly 60,000 USD in revenue generated. The platform was also running a points program called Atlantis Season with a confirmed future airdrop component, a mechanism Solana DeFi applications commonly use for bootstrapping early user retention.

Security and Audits

No public smart contract audits have been disclosed in available documentation. Users should apply standard due diligence appropriate to an early-stage DeFi application.

Team

The publicly identified founder is Davi Cardoso, known online as Davensk, who serves as CEO. The project's GitHub organization is hosted at github.com/triadxyz. No further team members have been identified in publicly available sources.

Solana Ecosystem Fit

Triad sits at the intersection of several trends that have gained momentum on Solana: the rise of on-chain prediction markets as a category following Polymarket's growth on Ethereum and Polygon, the emergence of AI-agent consumer applications, and the push to bring Latin American users into Solana-native products. The platform's use of Pyth Network for Fast Market price feeds and its deployment on Solana's high-throughput architecture align with the ecosystem's infrastructure strengths. Low per-transaction fees are particularly relevant for a prediction market, where the economic case for participating collapses if gas costs eat a significant share of small positions.
