OmegaX Health

OmegaX Health is a physician-founded platform combining a voice-first AI health agent with an on-chain health insurance protocol built on Solana. Founded by Dr. Marino Sabijan, a practicing physician, the project is headquartered in Dubai (DMCC free zone) and positions itself around a single thesis: health software should not merely track data but act on it continuously, coordinating care plans, reminders, and insurance settlement through a unified system.

Two Products, One Protocol

OmegaX Health operates through two interconnected products.

OmegaX Agent is the AI coaching layer. It aggregates data from multiple wearables — Apple Health, Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, and Garmin — and builds adaptive daily health plans that update in response to changing schedules and biometric signals. The interface is voice-first, designed so that users can receive guidance conversationally rather than reading dashboards. Dr. Sabijan describes the design goal as "clinical intelligence that turns fragmented health data into coordinated action," with the system implementing physician-built guardrails to ensure AI outputs support rather than replace clinical judgment.

OmegaX Protect is the insurance layer. It is structured as a reserve-backed digital health protection product with settlement occurring on-chain in USDC on Solana. The first commercial products are two bounded travel health coverage SKUs: Travel 30 (a 30-day travel window) and Event 7 (a 7-day event window), launched under the Genesis Protect Acute label. Coverage availability is reserve-gated, meaning new enrollments only open when sufficient reserve capital has been committed. Claims are settled through a helper contract that converts verified claim events into USDC payouts without exposing underlying health data on-chain.

Protocol Architecture

The OmegaX Protocol is described in its documentation as "open Solana infrastructure for health-related rights, liabilities, reserves, oracle attestations, capital positions, and settlement." As of mid-2026, the protocol is in public Devnet beta, with 62 on-chain instructions and 31 account types covering custody, reserve rails, claim settlement helpers, fee vaults, and reserve-aware settlement behavior.

A key architectural decision is the division between settlement-critical state — which lives on-chain — and privacy-sensitive health data and evidence review, which remain off-chain. To bridge these two environments without leaking personal health data, OmegaX uses MagicBlock for private claim review: an offchain computation layer that produces protocol-compatible attestations from health evidence, which are then fed into on-chain settlement without revealing the underlying records.

The developer-facing TypeScript SDK, @omegax/protocol-sdk (v0.8.9 at the time of writing), provides public builders, readers, and helper functions for interacting with the protocol. The GitHub organization (OmegaX-Health) maintains two open repositories: nakama-protocol, the core infrastructure for health capital markets licensed under AGPL-3.0, and nakama-sdk, the canonical TypeScript toolkit for submitting verified health outcome events and interacting with protocol primitives, licensed under Apache-2.0.

Ecosystem Fit on Solana

OmegaX Protect's decision to settle on Solana is grounded in throughput and cost: USDC transfers and claim instructions need to be cheap enough that small-ticket travel protection products remain economically viable. The protocol's oracle and event production patterns are designed to turn offchain evidence — claim documentation, health records — into settlement signals compatible with Solana state without placing sensitive data on a public ledger.

The use of MagicBlock as the confidential compute layer reflects a broader pattern in Solana's health and compliance infrastructure where on-chain settlement transparency coexists with offchain privacy enforcement.

Development Timeline

OmegaX Health launched publicly in February 2025 with more than 3,000 day-one users across 100+ countries. The iOS application reached the App Store in May 2025. Health Agent v2, with enhanced multi-agent coaching and expanded voice guidance capabilities, was released in October 2025. Protocol architecture specifications were publicly announced in November 2025.

As of mid-2026, the project is in its second roadmap phase, focused on institutional partner deployment through a business platform, publishing cohort outcome data, and running outcome-funded pilot programs. Phase 3 targets Protocol Mainnet deployment alongside an independent third-party security audit, with the public report planned for H1/H2 2026. A hardware product — the OmegaX Orb, designed for home health signal collection — is slated for Phase 4 in 2027 and beyond.

Token

An $OMEGAX token was launched on Solana in early 2025 and subsequently expanded to Binance Smart Chain in March 2025. The token carries a circulating supply of approximately 1 billion units and has been listed on aggregators including CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap. The relationship between this token and the insurance protocol's settlement mechanics is not formally documented in the protocol's technical specifications; the protocol documentation focuses on USDC as the settlement currency for insurance claims.

Security and Audit Status

As of the writing of this profile, OmegaX notes that a security audit is in progress. The protocol remains in Devnet beta, meaning production capital has not yet been deployed through a mainnet deployment. An independent third-party audit with a public report is listed as a Phase 3 deliverable, targeted for H1/H2 2026.

Team

Dr. Marino Sabijan, the founder, is a practicing physician and the primary public voice of the project. Blog posts and protocol documentation are authored under his name. The project lists its operational base as Dubai (DMCC), while early press materials also cited Ellwangen, Germany as a location.
