Legends Board

Legends Board provides a leaderboard-based platform for Solana builders to list projects, showcase traction metrics, and compete for visibility. Projects gain rankings through the Proof-of-Traction Protocol, which aggregates on-chain activity data from Tokamai, community backing via legendsSOL tokens from Sanctum, and platform engagement. The system supports hackathon leaderboards, weekly top products tracking, and partner-sponsored competitions that connect builders with investors and ecosystem stakeholders.

Legends.fun

Legends.fun is a Solana-native platform that bridges the gap between early-stage product builders and the investors, launchpads, and scouts who fund them. Launched in mid-2025 and governed under Singapore law, the platform operates across three interlocking layers: a private intelligence dashboard for deal-flow professionals, an invite-only scouting program that rewards early project discovery, and a mentor network that gives experienced ecosystem participants structured influence over which products gain visibility.

Godmode: Deal-Flow Intelligence for Investors and Launchpads

The platform's flagship product is Godmode, a subscription-access dashboard aimed at Solana venture capitalists, launchpad operators, and angel investors. Godmode aggregates profiles for more than 500 verified Solana products, filterable by category, development stage, and recent activity level. The core differentiator is a weekly-updated traction layer: product owners self-report adoption metrics on a regular cadence, giving subscribers a direct, current view of momentum rather than relying on pitch decks or social media signals that may be outdated or curated.

Each product listing in Godmode pairs traction data with founder intelligence — verified background profiles that include track records, previous projects, and direct contact information. Subscribers can bookmark projects to personal watchlists, monitor progress over time, and export CSV shortlists for use in investment memos or committee reviews. Access to Godmode is gated behind a demo-request process rather than open self-service enrollment, positioning it as a tool for qualified ecosystem participants rather than the general public.

Among the organizations Legends.fun names as Godmode users are Colosseum judges, Foundation Capital, and Alliance — all active early-stage participants in the Solana funding ecosystem. Colosseum, which runs Solana's flagship hackathon-to-accelerator pipeline, is one of the primary pathways through which pre-seed Solana companies are identified and funded.

The Hunt: Incentivized Scout Network

The Hunt is a separate, invite-only program that recruits community members as product scouts — referred to on the platform as Hunters. Where Godmode serves the demand side of early-stage deal flow, The Hunt builds the supply side by mobilizing a distributed scouting force that surfaces new Solana projects before they reach mainstream attention.

Hunters gain access through timed knowledge challenges that test Solana ecosystem familiarity rather than lengthy applications, and cohort sizes are deliberately limited. Once in, a Hunter's job is to discover and onboard emerging Solana products to the platform using invite codes. The reward structure is explicitly tiered by timing: the first Hunter to onboard a product locks Bucket 1 by staking 1 SOL for thirty days and earns the right to 30 percent of that product's rewards pool. The next ten Hunters to back the same product split Bucket 2, receiving 40 percent collectively. The following fifty share Bucket 3 at 20 percent, and the final two hundred fill Bucket 4 at 10 percent.

Rewards themselves are denominated in launchpad-partner terms rather than a native Legends token. Depending on the partner launchpad, a Hunter may receive a share of ICO transaction fees, pre-sale allocation, or both when the product they scouted officially launches. Seasonal leaderboards rank Hunters by performance and surface top performers on the platform homepage, adding a reputation dimension beyond purely financial incentives.

The Hunt's design borrows from prediction-market and early-access mechanics common in crypto but applies them to a human discovery layer — the premise being that community scouts operating close to Solana's builder communities will surface strong projects faster than automated or purely top-down sourcing methods.

Mentor Program

The Mentor Program extends influence to experienced Solana practitioners who have demonstrated expertise and community involvement. Mentors are selected through a continuous application and evaluation process, and their participation carries tangible weight: mentor upvotes and comments count at five times the value of standard user interactions, giving mentors disproportionate influence over which products surface within the platform's discovery feeds.

In return, mentors receive priority access to newly listed products before general platform users and a visible badge that acknowledges their status. The program is explicitly positioned as a way for industry veterans to shape which Solana products gain early momentum, extending their impact beyond their own portfolios or communities.

Builder-Facing Programs

Beyond the investor and scout layers, Legends.fun runs Live Programs and a Pitch Roast offering oriented toward builders. Live Programs are dynamically surfaced and vary in structure over time. The Pitch Roast is positioned as a structured feedback mechanism, giving early-stage founders access to pointed critique from experienced reviewers before they approach investors or launchpads. These components reflect the platform's stated mission: helping Solana builders reach their maximum potential, not only helping investors find them.

Platform Positioning

Legends.fun occupies a distinct position in the Solana builder ecosystem by formalizing the informal intelligence layer that previously required network access or manual monitoring across Discord servers, Twitter threads, and pitch decks. By centralizing traction signals, founder credentials, and community validation in a single platform, it attempts to compress the discovery timeline for both sides of the early-stage equation.

The platform does not appear to have its own native token, and its economic model ties reward flows to launchpad partners rather than issuing new on-chain assets. This positions it closer to a discovery and verification infrastructure layer than a token-launch venue. Governed under Singapore law, the platform operates internationally while serving a Solana-specific builder and investor audience.
