KryptoGO
KryptoGO is a Taipei-based Web3 financial infrastructure company founded in 2019 with a mission to build secure, compliant, and efficient virtual asset services for enterprises and consumers alike. Operating at the intersection of blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, and regulatory technology, the company provides three core product lines: a self-custody MPC wallet for end users, a no-code white-label Wallet Builder for enterprises that want to launch branded wallets quickly, and a comprehensive compliance suite covering AML monitoring, KYC/KYB verification, and Travel Rule adherence. All three lines support Solana alongside nine other major blockchains.
How It Works
Consumer MPC Wallet
The KryptoGO Wallet is a non-custodial mobile wallet that uses multi-party computation (MPC) to eliminate the risk of seed phrase loss without sacrificing self-custody. Rather than issuing a single private key that the user must back up, MPC splits key material into encrypted shards distributed across separate parties — meaning KryptoGO never holds user funds, yet the wallet can still be recovered through familiar credential-based flows such as email, phone number, or Google login. The result is a wallet that feels as approachable as a conventional app but retains the security guarantees of true self-custody.
Supported blockchains include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, BNB Chain, TRON, Arbitrum, KCC, Ronin, and Oasys. Beyond simple send and receive, the wallet includes a built-in DApp browser curated across ten thousand compatible applications, a social chatroom feature, portfolio tracking across tokens, NFTs, DeFi positions, and GameFi assets, and automated risk monitoring that flags suspicious transactions and filters known scam tokens before they reach the user's interface.
Wallet Builder (White-Label)
For enterprises that need a branded wallet product without building core infrastructure from scratch, KryptoGO offers Wallet Builder — a no-code platform with a visual editing interface that lets non-technical teams design, configure, and launch a customized blockchain wallet. Supporting 10-plus chains and 10,000-plus DApps via WalletConnect, Wallet Builder ships with KryptoGO's full compliance and security stack built in. YGG Japan used the platform to bring a GameFi wallet to market in significantly less time than in-house development would have required. The product also underpins TAG, an on-chain staking and lending protocol.
Compliance Suite
KryptoGO's compliance products address the three obligations every virtual asset business faces: knowing who its customers are, monitoring on-chain risk, and complying with inter-institutional Transfer Rule requirements. Compliance Pro and Compliance Lite provide tiered AML screening and KYT (Know Your Transaction) workflows, with the company integrating data from Elliptic, Chainalysis, and Coinfirm for blockchain forensics, Dow Jones and OFAC lists for sanctions screening, and Sumsub and Jumio for identity verification. ComplyFlow and Transfer tooling handle the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Travel Rule, which requires originating institutions to pass beneficiary information alongside any crypto transfer above a threshold — a requirement that has created significant friction for exchanges and financial institutions globally.
Alongside these tools, KryptoGO offers AssetPro, an enterprise asset management console with multi-level approval workflows, role-based permission and quota controls, real-time audit trails, and stablecoin fund management across more than 100,000 supported cryptocurrencies. KryptoGO Auth handles customer onboarding, and KryptoGO Studio provides a broader merchant console integrating stablecoin payments for B2B partners.
Stablecoin Payment Rails
In September 2024, KryptoGO partnered with Circle, the issuer of USDC, to integrate stablecoin payment features — peer-to-peer transactions, social payments, and merchant checkout — directly into the KryptoGO wallet and studio products. The company is targeting expansion across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, with use cases spanning telecommunications payroll, manufacturing supply chains, cross-border remittances, and DeFi commerce.
Regulatory Standing
KryptoGO holds ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications for information security and data privacy management, and has completed SOC 2 Type 2 audits — a combination of standards typically associated with established fintech infrastructure providers rather than early-stage crypto startups. The company claims to be the first Web3 firm in Taiwan to achieve ISO 27701 certification.
In September 2025, KryptoGO was among the first nine companies to secure virtual asset transfer service registration from Taiwan's Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC), out of dozens of applicants reviewed under the country's newly enacted Virtual Asset Service Act. Only firms that passed the FSC's compliance review were permitted to continue operating. The milestone positions KryptoGO as a licensed gateway for enterprises entering Taiwan's regulated crypto market and supports the company's announced expansion into Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan.
Team
KryptoGO was founded and is led by Yao-Wei "Kordan" Ou, who holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from National Taiwan University. Before KryptoGO, Ou served as president of COBINHOOD, a Taiwanese cryptocurrency exchange, and was a co-founder of the DEXON blockchain foundation, which raised backing from IDG Capital. Earlier he was CEO of Cepave, a company focused on CDN and distributed systems. The company's core engineering team averages more than ten years of development experience, has contributed open-source projects accumulating over 25,000 GitHub stars, and holds more than ten patents spanning artificial intelligence and blockchain technology.
Funding and Investors
KryptoGO raised US$3 million in a seed round in August 2022. The nine investors include Taiwan's National Development Fund — a government-backed vehicle that targets strategically significant technology companies — as well as Pegatron (one of the world's largest contract electronics manufacturers and a major Apple supplier), Hive Ventures, Red Building Capital, AVA Angels, New Economy Ventures, and Hao Fong Investment. National Development Fund backing confers a level of institutional credibility unusual for a company at the seed stage.
Clients and Ecosystem Fit
KryptoGO's client roster spans three segments. On the exchange and trading side, clients include Bincentive (crypto asset management) and CoolBit (hardware wallet maker). In traditional finance, MegaBank and TBank — both Taiwanese regulated institutions — use KryptoGO's compliance tools to manage virtual asset workflows inside a regulated banking context. In gaming and NFTs, YGG Japan (the GameFi guild) and OURSONG (a Web3 music and NFT platform) have used Wallet Builder to launch branded wallets for their communities.
Within the Solana ecosystem specifically, KryptoGO's wallet and Wallet Builder give enterprises and gaming guilds a compliant, production-ready entry point to Solana without building self-custody infrastructure or compliance pipelines from scratch. For institutional players navigating Taiwan's newly regulated VASP landscape, KryptoGO offers a licensed counterparty that already satisfies the FSC's requirements.
