Toobit Trading platform
Toobit Trading platform is a centralized trading platform for cryptocurrency transactions. It helps users manage digital assets through spot, futures, and copy trading in one place.
Toobit
Toobit is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange that combines the feature set of an institutional-grade trading venue with an interface aimed at retail traders, offering spot markets, derivatives, copy trading, automated bots, and a gateway to on-chain decentralized liquidity—including direct access to Solana's token ecosystem—without requiring users to manage separate wallets or gas fees.
Background
Toobit launched in October 2022, incorporated under Hopeful Technology Co., Ltd. and headquartered in George Town, Cayman Islands. The founding team includes veterans of major crypto and technology firms, including former executives from Huobi (HTX), Bybit, and Xiaomi. The exchange grew from zero to over three million registered users within its first two years, reporting daily trading volumes above $1 billion by 2025.
The platform's stated philosophy prioritizes long-term operational stability over short-term growth tactics. Rather than competing solely on fee discounts, Toobit invested early in regulatory compliance, ISO-certified security infrastructure, and an educational product layer aimed at newer traders. By 2025 the exchange had received recognition at several industry award programs, including the Hedgeweek Global Digital Assets Awards (Digital Asset Derivatives Platform of the Year), Blockchain Life 2025 (Best CEX Educational Platform, Best CEX User Interface), and World Business Outlook Awards (Best Crypto Exchange MENA 2025).
Trading Products
Toobit organizes its trading offering into four primary verticals.
Spot trading covers more than 600 trading pairs across over 1,000 listed cryptocurrencies. The base maker/taker fee schedule starts at 0.075% and 0.100% respectively, with tiered VIP discounts reducing fees to as low as 0.0125%/0.0375% for high-volume accounts. The exchange also advertises zero-fee trading on selected pairs. Order types include market, limit, take-profit/stop-loss, and one-cancels-the-other (OCO) orders. All spot charts are powered by TradingView, and users can set price alerts and view portfolio performance within the same interface.
Perpetual futures are available in USDT-margined and USDC-margined formats, with more than 150 contracts listed. Maximum leverage reaches 200x on select markets. Advanced order types and cross/isolated margin modes are supported. The futures suite targets both speculative traders and those running hedging strategies against spot positions held on the platform.
Copy trading lets users automatically replicate the positions of experienced traders listed on Toobit's leaderboard. Followers can configure parameters including maximum investment per trade and total exposure limits, making it possible to participate in active strategies without managing positions manually.
Automated trading bots implement grid and DCA (dollar-cost averaging) strategies for both spot and futures markets. The grid bot is suited for range-bound assets, buying low and selling high within a defined price band. The DCA bot distributes purchases over time to reduce the impact of volatility. Both can be configured and deployed without code.
An event contracts product allows users to take directional positions on discrete market outcomes, functioning similarly to prediction market contracts.
A demo trading environment replicates the live platform using paper balances, allowing new users to test strategies without capital at risk.
DEX+ and Solana Integration
A feature called DEX+ provides users direct access to decentralized on-chain liquidity from within their Toobit spot account. Rather than routing to centralized order books, DEX+ connects to token markets on Solana and BNB Smart Chain, allowing traders to buy and sell early-stage or trending on-chain assets—including newly launched Solana tokens—without leaving the Toobit interface, managing a separate self-custody wallet, or handling gas fees manually.
In practice this means that tokens launched on Solana that have not yet been listed on the centralized order book are still accessible through DEX+, bridging the gap between centralized and decentralized trading for users who prefer a custodial experience. The Solana ecosystem's speed and low transaction costs make it a natural fit for this product, where fast settlement and minimal slippage on smaller tokens are relevant concerns.
Solana (SOL) is listed as a primary spot asset on Toobit alongside Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major assets. The exchange has run yield programs for SOL holders, with standard earn rates in the 2.5% to 3.0% APR range and limited-time promotional campaigns offering higher rates. The Launchpad product, which provides early access to token sales before exchange listing, has included Solana-ecosystem projects.
Security and Compliance
Toobit holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, a globally recognized information security management standard. The platform's stated security stack includes AES-256 encryption, a zero-trust network architecture, AI-driven phishing detection, and a multi-cloud distributed infrastructure designed to maintain 99.99% uptime. A 24/7 internal security team monitors operations continuously.
Third-party security reviews have been conducted by Hacken, Beosin, and Elliptic. Proof-of-reserves data is published monthly and visible through CoinMarketCap listings, providing external verification that user funds are backed on-chain. Specific hot-to-cold wallet ratios are not publicly disclosed.
On the regulatory side, Toobit holds a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license issued in Poland, which extends compliance coverage to EU markets, as well as Money Services Business (MSB) registrations in the United States and Canada. The exchange participates in the CodeVASP and VerifyVASP interoperability frameworks for Travel Rule compliance, enabling regulatory-required information sharing on fund transfers between compliant institutions.
Despite these compliance measures, independent reviews note that Toobit operates from an offshore jurisdiction with limited direct consumer protection enforcement. User complaints on third-party review platforms have cited account restriction issues following profitable trading activity, which is a pattern that has also appeared at other offshore CEXs.
API and Institutional Access
Toobit provides REST APIs and WebSocket feeds for both spot and futures markets, enabling programmatic trading, algorithmic strategy deployment, and institutional integration. The API documentation covers authentication, order management, market data endpoints, and account information. Mobile applications are available for iOS and Android, and the web interface includes TradingView charts, portfolio dashboards, and notification systems.
Solana Ecosystem Fit
Toobit is relevant to the Solana ecosystem in two ways. First, it provides fiat and stablecoin on-ramps for SOL and Solana-based tokens, functioning as a liquidity layer that connects traditional finance on-ramps (Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers) to Solana markets. Second, the DEX+ integration gives its user base direct, wallet-free access to Solana's on-chain token markets, widening the funnel through which retail capital can reach Solana-native assets without the friction of self-custody setup. For Solana projects seeking exchange listings and user exposure, Toobit represents a mid-tier centralized venue with a global retail audience and a direct bridge to on-chain liquidity on the Solana network.
