Spritz Finance
Spritz Finance is a crypto payments platform that lets users pay real-world bills, move money to bank accounts, and load crypto wallets directly from a self-custodied wallet. It operates on 13 blockchain networks including Solana, Ethereum, Bitcoin, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Optimism, BNB Chain, Sui, and Tron. As of June 2026, the platform has processed more than $350 million in total volume.
What It Does
Spritz connects self-custodied crypto wallets to traditional payment rails. Users can pay over 6,000 bills including mortgages, credit cards, utilities, auto loans, and student loans by spending from their wallets. A companion Visa card lets users spend crypto at any merchant worldwide. For fintechs and neobanks, Spritz also offers Rails, a white-labeled SDK that embeds on-ramp, off-ramp, and bill pay into third-party apps through a single API.
How Spritz Works
The consumer product connects a non-custodial wallet to Spritz through standard wallet-connection flows, with support for Phantom and Solflare on Solana. Once connected, a user adds a bank account or selects a bill to pay. Spritz handles the conversion from crypto to fiat and routes the payment through the appropriate rail.
Payment settlement uses ACH, Real-Time Payments (RTP), push-to-card, or wire transfer depending on what the destination requires. As of April 2026, RTP transfers on Spritz became instant 24/7, including weekends. ACH transfers typically settle within two business days.
Fees start at 0.5% for crypto-to-fiat transactions. There is no fee for SpritzCard spending or account maintenance.
Bill Pay on Solana
Spritz added Solana support in 2024, covering bill pay, on-ramp, and off-ramp for thousands of SPL tokens, including stablecoins and other assets like BONK and WIF. Users holding Solana-based assets can pay bills or move money to their bank account without selling through a centralized exchange first. The integration works through Phantom and Solflare wallet connections.
Bill coverage spans over 6,000 payees including mortgage servicers, auto lenders, utility providers, credit card issuers, and student loan servicers. Bill data and payment routing are powered by Method, which retrieves real-time liability data (due dates, payoff amounts, account status) using only a customer's name and phone number, then sends payments across 5,000+ financial institutions via Method's Payments API.
SpritzCard
The SpritzCard is a Visa debit card that draws on a user's linked crypto holdings at point of sale. It carries a 5% cashback rate with no annual fee and is available to users in more than 140 countries. The card converts any Visa-accepting merchant into a crypto spending venue without requiring a pre-loaded fiat balance.
Rails: B2B Payments SDK
Alongside its consumer product, Spritz operates Rails, an embedded payments SDK for fintech companies, neobanks, and wallet applications. Rails bundles on-ramp, off-ramp, and bill pay under one integration. A single KYC verification covers all three flows. The SDK is white-labeled and embeds within a partner application. Compliance infrastructure including AML screening, sanctions checks, and transaction monitoring is included rather than requiring partners to build it separately.
In May 2026, Spritz selected Modern Treasury to unify its multi-rail payment operations, gaining real-time fund-flow visibility and automated reconciliation across both fiat rails and stablecoin networks.
Funding and Background
Spritz Finance raised $2.5 million in pre-seed funding in May 2022. The platform holds MSB and EMI licenses, which it uses as the regulated counterparty for B2B Rails integrations. The architecture is non-custodial throughout: users retain wallet control during the transaction flow.
Availability
The consumer bill pay product is available in the United States. The SpritzCard and off-ramp are available internationally across 140+ countries.
