Solana Foundation Launches Official RPC Performance Dashboard at solana.com/data

The Solana Foundation published a live RPC performance benchmark at solana.com/data today, giving developers their first Foundation-operated side-by-side comparison of [[PROJECT:1064|Alchemy]], [[PROJECT:593|Helius]], [[PROJECT:872|QuickNode]], and [[PROJECT:607|Triton One]], four major providers measured under identical conditions from the same seven global regions by a party with no commercial stake in the ranking. ... Metaplex DAS Now Indexes On-Chain AI Agents Across All Major Solana RPC Providers

With support from our RPC partners Triton One, Helius, QuickNode and Alchemy, you can now identify registered agents, find their primary tokens, and reverse lookup by primary token or signer PDA. ... Having Triton One, Helius, QuickNode, and Alchemy all ship agent field support on the same day means developers can write agent queries against whatever endpoint they already use, with no migration and no new provider relationship required.

About

QuickNode

QuickNode is a blockchain infrastructure platform founded in 2017 that provides managed node access, RPC endpoints, and data services across more than 80 blockchains and 130 networks. Rather than requiring developers or enterprises to self-host and manage their own nodes, QuickNode abstracts that complexity into a single account with globally distributed access. The platform publishes a P95 latency of 46ms across five global regions, supports 25,000 sustained requests per second with bursts to 50,000 RPS, and handles over 500 billion successful requests monthly. It carries SOC 1, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO 27001 certifications recertified by Grant Thornton in Q1 2026. Core services include Streams for push-based real-time blockchain data pipelines with filtering across 90+ networks, Webhooks for event-driven alerting on on-chain activity, a Swap API for reliable transaction routing during network congestion, SQL Explorer for queryable indexed on-chain data, IPFS storage, a Key-Value Store, and an Add-on Marketplace for third-party tooling including MEV protection and NFT/token APIs. Solana-specific offerings include JSON-RPC endpoints on mainnet and devnet with WebSocket connections, Yellowstone gRPC streaming at 1.2 million messages per second for mempool monitoring and account subscriptions, full archive access for historical data including heavy ledger methods, Solana Streams and Webhooks, the Metaplex DAS API for indexed digital asset data, a zero-commission Solana validator where delegators earn full network staking rewards with a 100% uptime guarantee, and x402 protocol support enabling autonomous AI agents to pay for infrastructure directly in SOL without wallet popups or API key management. The platform reports 100,000+ Solana requests per second capacity and 17+ edge locations globally. Third-party benchmarks from Q1 2026 place slot lag at 2-2.5 slots and transaction landing rate at 72% under congestion. In March 2026 QuickNode was named infrastructure partner for the Solana Developer Platform (SDP), a joint initiative with the Solana Foundation targeting enterprises and financial institutions. SDP provides an Issuance module for tokenized deposits, stablecoins, and real-world assets, a Payments module for fiat and stablecoin flows, and a Trading module for swaps and on-chain FX arriving later in 2026. Early SDP adopters include Mastercard for stablecoin settlement, Worldpay for merchant payments, and Western Union for cross-border payments. QuickNode provides the data layer including RPC endpoints, Streams, Webhooks, gRPC, indexed data, and staking. Developer tooling includes an official SDK for Rust, Python, Node.js, and Ruby; a CLI management tool called qn; 440+ developer guides; sample applications including a Solana MCP Server and a Solana trading bot built on Jupiter; and an Admin REST API for programmatic account management. Pricing offers a free tier requiring no credit card, a Starter plan at USD 49 per month, and custom enterprise pricing. Advanced Solana features including dedicated gRPC and archive access are add-ons on paid plans. Enterprise plans include private dedicated infrastructure, performance guarantees, Prometheus-compatible monitoring, and contractual uptime SLAs.
