On-chain activity
Zero Chat
Zero Chat is an AI agent platform that processes natural language queries and executes blockchain operations across multiple networks. The system aggregates data from over 100 on-chain and off-chain sources, providing users with analytical insights and transaction execution capabilities. Users can track wallets, analyze DeFi protocols, monitor risk metrics, and perform on-chain actions through conversational interfaces. The platform includes Zero Studio for building custom agent instances with user-defined logic and data integrations.

Breakpoint 2024: Product Keynote: Project Zero (Alan Chang)
In a groundbreaking announcement at Breakpoint 2024, Alan Chang, founder and CEO of Fuse, unveiled Project Zero - a revolutionary decentralized energy network poised to transform the global energy landscape and combat climate change using blockchain technology. ... Project Zero emerges as a solution to the world's pressing energy problems, addressing the dual challenges of reducing carbon emissions and meeting increasing electricity demands.
Project Zero
Project Zero is a blockchain data intelligence platform that transforms raw multi-chain on-chain data into structured, AI-ready outputs for autonomous agents and decentralized applications. Rather than requiring developers to build and maintain their own indexing infrastructure, Project Zero ingests, standardizes, and contextualizes on-chain data through a real-time knowledge graph, then surfaces that intelligence through a natural language interface called Zero Chat and a programmable multi-agent framework called Zero Agent.
The Problem
Blockchain data is fragmented. Each network produces its own event logs, transaction formats, and state representations; pulling meaningful signals from multiple chains simultaneously requires specialized infrastructure that most application teams lack the time or expertise to maintain. For AI agents — which need continuous, structured data feeds to reason and act — this fragmentation is especially costly. Project Zero positions itself as the missing intelligence layer between raw chain state and applications that need to reason over it, describing its goal as making "AI agents & dApps truly intelligent."
Core Mechanism
At the infrastructure level, Project Zero deploys chain-agnostic ingestion pipelines that normalize on-chain data from multiple blockchains into a unified format. These pipelines handle chain reorganizations — situations where a block is replaced by a competing fork — with algorithms designed to maintain consistency across historical and real-time data feeds. The platform is designed to handle up to four blocks per second during reorganization events and targets 100% data delivery even during network disruptions, using a modular architecture to absorb latency without dropping events.
Above the raw data layer sits a real-time semantic knowledge graph. Rather than delivering raw transaction records, Project Zero enriches data with contextual metadata — labeling entities, clustering related events, and structuring outputs so that AI agents can consume them without additional preprocessing. The graph is designed to be updatable; as new blockchains are added, they slot into the same architecture horizontally without requiring a rebuild of the core system.
Zero Chat
Zero Chat is Project Zero's consumer-facing product and its primary launch vehicle. Described as the first natural language interface for Web3, Zero Chat lets users query wallet balances, analyze DeFi positions, monitor risk, and simulate strategies in plain English — without needing to write custom queries or navigate block explorers. It aggregates from more than 100 on-chain and off-chain data sources to answer questions and deliver real-time portfolio snapshots.
Zero Chat entered public beta in September 2025. Beyond read-only analytics, the platform roadmap includes direct transaction execution from within the chat interface — covering swaps, bridges, staking, and yield claim operations — so that the same interface that answers "What is my staking APY?" can also submit the underlying transaction. Users can also configure custom AI agents tailored to specific protocols or automated workflows.
Zero Agent Architecture
Project Zero's litepaper introduces the Zero Agent framework, a multi-agent intelligence layer designed for both Web3 and Web2 applications. The architecture combines several components working in concert:
- Cross-chain knowledge graph: a persistent, semantically enriched view of on-chain state across multiple networks, updated in real time
- Research and simulation agents: agents that run scenario analysis and query the knowledge graph to answer complex financial questions before committing to an action
- Guarded execution layer: a permission system that presents human-readable previews of pending transactions and supports policy vaults — configurable rule sets that constrain what actions agents are allowed to take autonomously
- On-chain prompt mining: a mechanism anchored by ERC-7208 on-chain data containers in which prompts submitted by users generate lasting on-chain economic value, creating a reward loop for contributors to the knowledge graph
This design allows developers to build agents that gather intelligence, simulate outcomes, and take guarded action — while preserving a human oversight checkpoint for sensitive operations such as large transfers or DeFi position changes.
Token: PZERO
The Project Zero ecosystem includes the PZERO token, which serves as a utility and governance instrument. PZERO is used for staking within the platform, participating in governance decisions, and as a sink through fee burns. The on-chain prompt mining mechanism ties token economics to ongoing usage: as prompts are submitted and contribute to the knowledge graph, they accrue economic value that flows back to participants.
Team and Background
Project Zero was founded by Siddhartha Jain. The project appeared on Product Hunt in 2024, positioning itself as a data infrastructure alternative to established providers including QuickNode, Moralis, and thirdweb. The platform launched its public beta in September 2025. No third-party security audits were identified in publicly available materials at the time of writing.
Solana Ecosystem Fit
Project Zero is a multi-chain platform; Solana is among the networks it ingests and serves. Solana-based AI agents and dApps can consume the platform's data feeds and use Zero Chat to query Solana wallet state, DeFi positions, and on-chain activity without standing up dedicated RPC or indexing infrastructure.
For Solana developers building AI-native applications — particularly those that need to query liquid staking positions, DeFi liquidity, or cross-chain bridging activity — Project Zero offers a unified intelligence layer that spans Solana alongside other major networks. The platform's tagline, "The Only Oracle That Speaks Human," signals its ambition to make structured blockchain data as accessible to AI models as it is to end users interacting through natural language.
