NEUKO
NEUKO is an AI-native interactive media studio building character-driven intellectual property on Solana. Founded by alumni of the Doodles NFT project, the studio combines generative AI production tools, blockchain-native ownership mechanics, and transmedia storytelling into what it describes as a creator operating system — a platform where community members co-create and stake a claim in the IP they help build.
At the center of NEUKO's universe is GBOY, a cyberpunk character depicted as an escaped hooded fox subject who fled the clutches of the fictional MITER-Corp. GBOY is not simply a mascot: NEUKO frames the character as the first proving ground for its thesis that AI can produce franchise-scale IP at a fraction of traditional studio costs. The team describes G*BOY as "the first character-born token" from its creator operating system — a test case for how AI-native IP is launched, scaled, and owned collectively by the internet.
G*BOY SPECIAL
NEUKO's flagship product is GBOY SPECIAL, an interactive web series hosted at gboyspecial.com. Rather than passively consuming episodes, community members use NEUKO's generative AI tools — supporting both image and animation generation — to create GBOY artwork themselves. The platform functions simultaneously as a storytelling vehicle and a creative workshop: users generate art in the studio's visual style, share it on social media, participate in narrative puzzles, and earn points on community leaderboards.
The format attracted rapid engagement. Within three weeks of launch in late 2025, the platform recorded more than 80,000 image generations. G*BOY content accumulated millions of views across social platforms, and the campaign was named a finalist for most viral X campaign at the Solana Community Spotlight awards. By early 2026, NEUKO had expanded its prompt library tool to give community creators standardized resources for producing work within the NEUKO aesthetic.
Badges, Tokens, and Ownership
Community participation in the NEUKO ecosystem is anchored by a tiered NFT badge system. Three badge types were distributed across sequential phases: Rabbit badges with a supply of 250, released via a cognitive assessment airdrop; Moth badges with 750 supply in a subsequent phase; and Snake badges distributed to the broader community with open supply. Badge holders are designated Operatives within G*BOY lore, gaining early access to new features and narrative content. Badges trade on Magic Eden and Tensor, and secondary market activity remained strong at launch — fewer than 3% of badges were listed for sale in the early weeks.
In December 2025, NEUKO launched the $GBOY token on Solana. Shortly after launch, Coinbase confirmed a listing for $GBOY, extending the token's reach beyond native Solana infrastructure. The studio published token mechanics documentation and a treasury report in January 2026, providing community visibility into how the project's funds are deployed. A separate NEUKO token also trades on Solana as part of the broader ecosystem.
Funding and Industry Partnerships
NEUKO's media ambitions are supported by a formal studio structure. In January 2026, the project announced pre-seed funding from Solana Ventures and Seed Club, with founders drawing on backgrounds from Meta, Amazon, and Spotify. On the partnership side, NEUKO joined PSYOP International Media Group, an established production company whose client roster includes Disney, Apple, and Epic Games — a relationship that bridges crypto-native storytelling with mainstream entertainment industry infrastructure.
In March 2026, NEUKO published its Agentic Storytelling Litepaper, articulating the thesis that AI agents can autonomously sustain narrative IP: creating content, engaging audiences, and iterating characters at scale without proportional increases in production overhead.
HARMONY and Expanding Narrative IP
Following the G*BOY arc, NEUKO introduced HARMONY, a new fictional narrative thread presented in-world as a pharmaceutical product marketed by IRIS, a character described as a Patient Care Assistant for the fictional Aurelian Systems. The HARMONY campaign continued NEUKO's approach of blending in-world branded fiction with real community mechanics: badge holders and leaderboard performers received tiered access to HARMONY mints, while the broader community encountered the campaign as an alternate reality game layered across social media. Earlier campaign phases extended targeted access to holders from Solana NFT communities including Mad Lads, Famous Fox Fed, and Claynosaurz, among others.
Technical Infrastructure
Under the NeukoAI GitHub organization, the studio has contributed open technical work to the Solana ecosystem. Its SOLPRISM protocol, built for the Colosseum Agent Hackathon, enables AI agents to publish cryptographically verifiable proofs of their reasoning on-chain. The system uses a commit-execute-reveal-verify cycle: agents hash a reasoning trace and publish it on Solana before taking an action, then reveal the full trace afterward so anyone can confirm it matches. The protocol deploys an immutable Solana program with upgrade authority revoked, and a TypeScript SDK is available via npm with integrations for the Eliza framework, solana-agent-kit, and Claude Desktop via MCP.
Approach and Positioning
NEUKO sits at an unusual intersection in the Solana ecosystem: simultaneously a media studio, an NFT project, a token project, a generative AI creative platform, and an ARG experience. Its core thesis is that AI fundamentally changes the economics of IP creation — allowing a small team, backed by community participation, to produce the volume and variety of content that previously required full studio infrastructure. With pre-seed backing from Solana Ventures and Seed Club, a PSYOP production partnership, and a published litepaper on agentic storytelling, NEUKO is building toward a model in which AI characters do not just support human creators but actively drive narrative arcs — with Solana providing the ownership and settlement layer for the IP they collectively produce.
