Kubera
Kubera aggregates financial holdings across bank accounts, brokerages, cryptocurrency wallets, and physical assets through third-party financial aggregation APIs. The platform provides real-time portfolio valuations via live price feeds and AI-powered asset appraisal, supporting multi-currency views and scenario planning. Features include AI-assisted document import, self-attested proof of wealth generation, granular portfolio sharing, a beneficiary wealth transfer switch, and MCP-based AI advisor integration.
Kubera
Kubera is a premium personal wealth-tracking platform that consolidates every type of holding — from Solana wallets and DeFi positions to brokerage accounts, real estate, and collectibles — into a single, private balance sheet. Designed for self-directed high-net-worth individuals who want institutional-grade visibility without advisor conflicts of interest, Kubera positions itself as a modern alternative to the family-office spreadsheet.
Core Mechanism
Kubera works as an aggregation layer, connecting to over 20,000 banks and brokerages alongside direct blockchain wallet integrations. Users link their accounts, wallets, and manually entered holdings once; Kubera then pulls live price and balance data across all asset classes and presents the consolidated portfolio as an interactive dashboard with IRR calculations, allocation breakdowns, and cash-flow forecasts. The platform makes money exclusively through subscriptions — it does not sell user data or offer advisory services, which it treats as a structural advantage over ad-supported competitors.
Key Features
Net worth dashboard. All assets and liabilities are aggregated into a single real-time balance sheet. Accounts can be grouped by entity type (personal, trust, LLC), enabling multi-entity family office-style reporting through nested portfolios.
Fast Forward scenario planning. Users can model complex wealth trajectories — such as projecting portfolio value through retirement given different withdrawal rates, market assumptions, or capital events — giving a forward-looking layer on top of the historical snapshot.
Cash forecasting. A dedicated liquidity view tracks upcoming capital calls, distributions, and obligations so holders of illiquid positions (private equity, real estate) can plan around cash timing.
Proof of Wealth. Kubera can generate a shareable, verified snapshot of net worth suitable for lending, real estate transactions, or counterparty due diligence — replacing the manual paper-and-letter process.
Club Benchmarks. Anonymous peer comparison against similarly sized portfolios shows how a user's allocation and performance stacks up against cohort averages.
Life Beat / Dead Man's Switch. If a user becomes inactive for a configurable period, Kubera alerts a named beneficiary and grants them read-only access, ensuring wealth information is not lost at incapacitation or death. This digital estate-planning feature appears frequently in independent reviews as a differentiator.
AI advisor integration. Portfolio data can be piped into conversations with ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, enabling natural-language analysis of holdings without manually exporting spreadsheets.
Sharing and access controls. Portfolios can be shared in read-only mode with advisors, accountants, or family members with granular permission settings, including redacted views that hide specific account balances.
Supported Assets
Kubera's asset coverage spans a wide range of classes:
- Traditional financial assets: Stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds from major global exchanges; bonds; retirement accounts (401k, IRA)
- Crypto and blockchain: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Avalanche, Cosmos, and other major blockchain wallet balances; crypto exchange holdings
- DeFi: Positions in lending protocols such as Aave and Compound are tracked on-chain
- NFTs: OpenSea integration provides valuations for NFT holdings
- Staking: On-chain staking positions and lending activities are recognized and included in portfolio totals
- Alternative assets: Private company equity (pre-IPO, secondary), LP fund positions, capital call schedules
- Real assets: Real estate (manual or connected), vehicles, jewelry, watches, gold, and other physical valuables
The breadth of Solana support is notable: users can connect Solana wallet addresses directly, with staking rewards and SPL token balances reflected in real time alongside every other asset type.
Pricing
Kubera offers two primary tiers:
- Essentials — $249/year: Full feature access including multi-account aggregation, crypto/DeFi/staking tracking, IRR analytics, Fast Forward projections, AI import, document vault, Life Beat, and portfolio sharing.
- Black — $2,499/year: Adds nested portfolios for multi-entity structures, granular access control, guided onboarding, and dedicated VIP support — targeted at complex family-office configurations.
- White Label — from $300/month: A branded deployment for financial service providers or advisors who want to offer Kubera under their own name.
As of 2026, users collectively track over $47 billion in assets on the platform.
Team
Kubera was founded in 2019 by three co-founders: Rohit Nadhani, Manoj Marathayil, and Umesh Gopinath. The trio previously built Webyog, a suite of database management tools, and Newton, an email application. Kubera grew from spreadsheets the founders used to manage their own portfolios, which they formalized into a product after finding no existing tool comprehensive enough for their needs.
Audit Status
Kubera is a subscription SaaS application, not a smart-contract protocol. No blockchain audits are applicable. The platform connects to external financial data providers and blockchain nodes on a read-only basis; it does not custody assets or execute transactions on behalf of users.
Solana Ecosystem Fit
For Solana participants — validators, liquid staking holders, DeFi users, and long-term SOL investors — Kubera addresses a common problem: Solana positions are only one component of a broader financial life that also includes stocks, retirement accounts, real estate, and other holdings. Kubera aggregates Solana wallet balances, staking rewards, and SPL token positions into a single net worth view alongside all other asset classes, providing the unified snapshot that neither native Solana portfolio trackers nor traditional brokerage dashboards can offer on their own. Its estate-planning features are particularly relevant for large Solana holders concerned about asset continuity.
