INXY Payments Platform

A cryptocurrency payment processing platform providing API integration for businesses to accept, send, and exchange digital currencies. The platform supports payment gateway functionality for merchant checkout integration with automatic conversion to stablecoins or fiat, automated mass payout distribution via API or file upload for batch transfers to multiple recipients, and OTC exchange services for crypto-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat conversions. All features operate through unified infrastructure supporting ERC20, TRC20, BEP20, Polygon, Tron, TON, Bitcoin, and Litecoin standards with single authentication, transaction fee structure below one percent, and automated bank settlement through SEPA and SWIFT transfers.

INXY Payments

INXY Payments is a licensed and regulated business-to-business crypto payment infrastructure provider founded in 2022. The company, incorporated as INXYTECH LTD and headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus, operates across multiple regulatory jurisdictions including an EU-authorized entity, a Canadian Money Services Business registration, and presences in El Salvador and Switzerland. Its platform gives merchants and fintech teams the ability to accept digital assets, execute mass payouts, and convert between crypto and fiat currencies—without building blockchain infrastructure from scratch.

Three Core Products

INXY's offering breaks into three interconnected modules.

Accept is the company's crypto payment gateway. Merchants integrate via a host-to-host server API and can invoice customers in fiat while accepting payment in cryptocurrency. Received funds are automatically converted to stablecoins or settled to EUR/USD bank accounts, typically within one business day via SEPA or SWIFT. The gateway supports one-time payments, recurring billing, and webhook-driven confirmation flows.

Send handles mass cryptocurrency payouts—batch disbursements to affiliates, suppliers, freelancers, or employees across 193-plus countries. Businesses can fund a float in stablecoins and distribute to recipients with on-the-fly conversion, avoiding the cost and delay of traditional correspondent banking.

Exchange provides programmatic conversion between crypto assets and fiat currencies, accessible via the same API layer used by the payment and payout modules. Merchants can automate treasury operations—sweeping revenue from volatile assets into stablecoins or fiat as needed.

How It Works

INXY abstracts the operational complexity of on-chain settlement. Merchants do not maintain wallets, manage gas, or operate blockchain nodes. The platform handles address generation, transaction monitoring, real-time asset conversion, and fiat off-ramp settlement. Developers interact through a documented REST API (published via Postman), passing parameters such as fiat amount, accepted cryptocurrency, and customer reference to create payment sessions; the platform returns a payment address and monitors the chain for confirmation.

Fees are advertised at below 1% per transaction, compared to the 3%-plus typical of card networks. Settlement is same-day for stablecoin payouts and one to two business days for bank wire settlement.

Supported Assets and Networks

INXY supports more than 20 digital assets across multiple blockchain networks. Stablecoin coverage includes USDT (ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20, Polygon), USDC (Ethereum, Solana, Base, and others), EURC (Ethereum, Base, Solana, Stellar, Avalanche, World Chain), and DAI. Major non-stablecoin assets include Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, and Tron.

Solana functions as one of the supported settlement rails, specifically for USDC and EURC. INXY's blog identifies Solana as one of the networks merchants can use for stablecoin payouts, noting its competitive transaction fees relative to Ethereum. The primary documentation pages for the core merchant product emphasize Ethereum, Tron, and Polygon-based assets, with Solana-native settlement available as part of the broader multi-chain offering rather than as the platform's flagship rail.

Compliance and Security

INXY positions regulatory compliance as a competitive differentiator rather than an afterthought. The platform runs real-time Know Your Transaction (KYT) screening on incoming funds, integrating with third-party risk intelligence vendors Crystal, Elliptic, Ledger, and Sumsub. Automated Anti-Money Laundering checks, sanctions and watch-list verification, and Travel Rule data exchange are built into the transaction processing flow, with audit-ready reporting available for clients who need to satisfy their own regulatory obligations.

The company migrated all client accounts from its Polish operating entity before the MiCA transitional period deadline of July 1, 2026, transitioning to a multi-jurisdiction operating model to maintain service continuity for EU-based customers under the new framework.

Target Markets and Use Cases

INXY focuses on industries that have faced friction with traditional payment rails: affiliate and performance marketing networks, freelance talent platforms, web hosting providers, online gaming studios, and global SaaS businesses. These segments share a need for high-volume cross-border payouts and a tolerance—or preference—for digital asset settlement. INXY claims cost savings of up to 80% on processing fees versus traditional alternatives, primarily driven by eliminating correspondent bank charges and currency conversion spreads on international wires.

The platform is designed for business customers rather than consumers and excludes retail use. It does not serve businesses in the United Kingdom, the United States, or countries under international sanctions.

Team and Funding

INXY was founded in 2022. Ruslan Zholik serves as CEO and founder. The company has raised $7 million in total seed funding across two rounds: an initial $3 million round led by Flashpoint Venture Capital in February 2025, and a $4 million extension in April 2026, again led by Flashpoint with participation from angel investors.

As of the April 2026 funding announcement, INXY reported processing over $2 billion in annual transaction volume, serving more than 100 businesses globally, and achieving 500% year-over-year growth. The company has attended industry events including Money 20/20 Europe 2026 and ConversionConf 2026.

Flashpoint associate partner Alexey Sidorov described the firm's thesis at the time of the initial investment: "INXY is building critical infrastructure for this shift, enabling businesses to move value globally with the speed of stablecoins and the compliance standards of traditional finance."

Solana Ecosystem Fit

INXY's connection to Solana is functional rather than native. The platform routes USDC and EURC settlements over Solana when clients select it as a preferred output network, citing lower fees relative to Ethereum for bulk transfers. The broader INXY product operates across a multi-chain stack; Solana is one of several supported networks rather than the primary rail. Businesses that want to disburse USDC on Solana to contractors or partners, or that accept USDC payments and want settlement on Solana, can use INXY's API to accomplish this within its compliance-wrapped payment layer.
