Finna Lending

Finna Lending is a centralized borrowing platform that provides flexible fiat loans using digital assets as collateral. Users can secure Naira loans with USDT and USDC collateral across Ethereum, BSC, and Tron networks, featuring a 2% fixed interest rate and 30-day maximum loan duration. The platform offers up to 90% loan-to-value ratio with a pay-as-you-go interest model where early repayment reduces costs. Instant withdrawals to Nigerian bank accounts complete within 3 minutes, making it accessible for users seeking fiat liquidity while retaining digital asset ownership.

Finna

Finna is a stablecoin-native financial platform built to close the gap between crypto and everyday money use in underserved markets. Where traditional banks require credit histories, land as collateral, and weeks of processing time, Finna lets users borrow fiat instantly against their stablecoin holdings, swap between assets with no fees, and move money across borders — all from a mobile app. Founded in 2023 and incorporated across Delaware, Lagos, and Singapore, Finna targets the hundreds of millions of people in high-inflation economies who already hold dollar-pegged stablecoins but lack practical ways to deploy them.

The Problem Finna Solves

Emerging markets — Nigeria chief among them — are among the world's most active crypto adoption zones. Nigeria ranked second in the 2024 Chainalysis Global Crypto Adoption Index, with nearly 60 billion dollars in digital asset inflows in the twelve months to June 2024. Yet the infrastructure to turn those holdings into everyday financial utility has lagged far behind ownership. Stablecoin holders face expensive, slow fiat on-ramps, limited borrowing options, and remittance costs that can erase 5-10% of a transfer in fees. Finna is designed to resolve each of those frictions in a single app.

Core Mechanism

Finna operates through four interconnected product lines:

Finna Swap converts between stablecoins and fiat at real-time rates with zero fees and no slippage guarantees. The platform offers free deposits on all supported assets, with transparent pricing displayed before any transaction completes. Users see the exact output amount before confirming, eliminating the hidden-fee problem common on centralized exchanges.

Finna Lend is the platform's flagship feature: crypto-backed fiat loans with no credit checks, no paperwork, and no land-as-collateral requirements. Users deposit stablecoins as collateral and receive naira or other local currency immediately. Finna charges 0.20% per month — a rate the company says is ten times cheaper than the least expensive formal credit available to the average Nigerian. Collateral is held until the user repays, at which point assets are released in full.

Finna Pay enables global transfers with competitive exchange rates, targeting remittance corridors where traditional wire services are expensive and slow.

Finna Card extends the platform's stablecoin balance into everyday spend, allowing users to pay at merchants the same way they would with a bank card.

Solana Integration

Finna has formally integrated the Solana network, allowing users to deposit, transact, and withdraw Solana-based stablecoins directly within the app. This makes Finna one of the practical on-ramps for Solana's stablecoin ecosystem into African retail markets. In February 2026, Finna announced a partnership with SuperteamNG — Solana's Nigeria-focused developer community — to deepen adoption on the chain and drive what the project describes as social-first financial inclusion. The collaboration began with a combined 7,000 dollar bounty program for stablecoin content creators, followed by a Creator Programme for top participants.

Traction and Scale

In its first eighteen months of operation, Finna processed over 80 million dollars in transaction volume, with month-on-month growth peaking at 1,400% during that period. In January 2026 alone the platform recorded more than 6 million dollars in transaction volume, reflecting consistent acceleration as stablecoin adoption deepens in its primary markets. The company launched native iOS and Android apps, which drove a surge in sign-ups.

Funding and Team

Finna raised an oversubscribed angel, friends-and-family round of 100,000 dollars as seed capital and was preparing for a follow-on fundraise at the time of its public growth disclosures. The team is described as small and specialist-focused. Finna received grants from both Celo and Circle — the second-largest stablecoin issuer by market cap — and holds a Circle Alliance membership, which gives it access to Circle's partner network and institutional stablecoin rails.

Compliance and Security

Finna operates as a custodial solution and has acquired multiple licenses to comply with Nigeria's evolving crypto regulatory framework. It is licensed through Lendu Services under Money Lenders Law, giving it legal standing to extend fiat credit. The company reports that its smart contracts have been security-audited and that it works with trusted custodians for asset custody. Bank-grade encryption is applied across the app. The platform's custodial model means users do not hold private keys directly — a trade-off that simplifies onboarding for the mass-market audience Finna targets.

Ecosystem Positioning

Finna sits at the intersection of three macro trends on Solana: the expansion of stablecoin rails, the growth of DeFi lending, and the demand for accessible financial infrastructure in high-inflation emerging markets. Its partnership with SuperteamNG connects it to Solana's most active African developer community and gives it distribution into a market where crypto is already deeply embedded in everyday commerce. By offering fiat borrowing against stablecoin collateral at a fraction of traditional lender rates, Finna converts passive crypto holdings into productive capital — the kind of practical utility that drives sustained network participation rather than speculation.

The platform's regional offices in Lagos and Singapore, alongside its Delaware incorporation, position it to bridge regulatory environments as crypto frameworks mature across Africa and Southeast Asia, two of the world's fastest-growing stablecoin adoption markets.
