About

Beosin

Beosin is a blockchain security and compliance company that provides an integrated suite of tools covering smart contract audits, real-time risk monitoring, Know Your Transaction (KYT) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, and on-chain fund tracing—serving Solana alongside more than ten other major blockchain networks.

What Beosin Does

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Singapore, Beosin was co-founded by professors from world-renowned universities and operates with a team of more than 40 PhDs. Its pitch is an end-to-end security stack: rather than forcing Web3 teams to source audits from one vendor, monitoring from another, and compliance from a third, Beosin consolidates those services under one roof.

The company has audited more than 2,500 smart contracts and claims to have helped over 2,000 blockchain firms worldwide safeguard more than $500 billion in digital assets. Its client list spans major DeFi protocols (PancakeSwap, Uniswap, DAI, OKSwap) and, more recently, several prominent Solana-ecosystem projects.

Core Products

VaaS (Verification as a Service) is Beosin's smart contract audit and formal verification platform. It combines static analysis, fuzzy testing, and manual review across 100-plus security checkpoints to surface vulnerabilities before deployment. The platform is chain-agnostic and covers Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Solana, OP Mainnet, Avalanche, and others.

EagleEye is Beosin's real-time security monitoring service. After a project ships, EagleEye watches for large-value transfers, flash loan activity, privileged operations, potential rug pulls, and abnormal slippage. When suspicious activity is detected, EagleEye triggers alerts—and in some configurations, automated blocking—before funds leave. It is marketed as a 24/7 post-deployment security layer for projects that have already passed a Beosin audit.

KYT/AML is Beosin's compliance platform for crypto businesses, exchanges, and financial institutions. It ingests over two billion global address labels—with a particular depth of 22 million labels across Southeast Asia—and analyzes more than 120 cross-chain and swap protocols to map fund flows with what the company describes as complete accuracy in cross-chain tracing. The system provides millisecond-level risk alerts and serves more than 100 institutions including Binance. In 2025, Beosin upgraded the KYT platform with AI-powered enhancements specifically targeting layering detection in money laundering schemes. Solana is explicitly supported within the KYT product.

Trace is a fund-visualization and asset-recovery tool that maps wallet transaction graphs, helping investigators follow stolen funds across chains. It is positioned both for internal compliance teams and for law enforcement and forensics use.

Solana Ecosystem Presence

Beosin has audited a meaningful number of Solana and SVM-adjacent projects. Recent engagements include:

  • SonicSVM – Beosin audited the HyperFuse Guardian Nodes and HyperGrid system for Sonic, the first Solana Layer 2 targeting gaming-grade transaction speeds, publishing a full security report confirming the infrastructure had passed review.
  • SOON Network – Beosin conducted a rigorous code audit on the InterSOON Bridge, the cross-chain bridge connecting Solana and TON on the SOON mainnet, covering program vulnerabilities, security weaknesses, and potential attack vectors.
  • RateX – The Solana-based interest rate trading protocol underwent multiple Beosin audits across 2024 and 2025, with published reports available via RateX's GitHub repository.
  • SEGA and Pumpup – Beosin lists these Solana-native DeFi and Memecoin launchpad projects among completed audits.

In addition to project audits, Beosin has published Solana-specific security research—including an analysis of common vulnerabilities developers face when building on Solana and a breakdown of security audit key points for Solana cross-chain protocols. This positions Beosin not just as a service vendor in the Solana ecosystem, but as a source of original technical security knowledge for Solana builders.

Credentials and Trust Signals

Beosin holds SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, two internationally recognized information security standards that are increasingly required by institutional counterparties and regulators. Its team's academic pedigree—more than 40 PhDs, several co-founding professors—underlies its emphasis on formal verification, a mathematically rigorous approach to proving the correctness of smart contract logic rather than relying solely on pattern-based scanning.

The company operates offices in Singapore, South Korea, Japan, and more than ten other countries, reflecting both a global client base and the regulatory diversity of the markets it serves in the KYT/AML space.

Funding

In November 2022, Beosin closed a $20 million Series A round with participation from Vangoo Capital, Fenbushi Capital, Shanghai Jieshi Investment Management, and existing shareholders. The funds were allocated to security R&D, ecosystem expansion, and global business development.

Who Beosin Serves

Beosin's customers fall into two broad categories. The first is Web3 builders and protocols—teams that need a pre-launch smart contract audit, post-launch monitoring, or both. The second is regulated crypto businesses (exchanges, custodians, payment processors) that need KYT/AML infrastructure to satisfy financial compliance obligations in their operating jurisdictions. This dual positioning allows Beosin to maintain recurring revenue relationships rather than one-off audit engagements.

For Solana specifically, Beosin is one of the few security vendors that has published both audit reports and technical research tailored to the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) and Solana's cross-chain ecosystem—making it a relevant resource for teams building on Solana who need security coverage that goes beyond Ethereum-focused auditors.
