BasedBot

BasedBot is a multi-chain trading bot and web terminal that executes trades via Telegram and a browser interface across multiple blockchain networks. The system supports market and limit orders, sniping, DCA, copy trading, social copy trading, and migration sniping, with automations for take profit, stop loss, trailing stop loss, and dev sell protection. MEV protection, integrated token audits, and wallet tracking are built in. A dual rewards system distributes referral fees and tier-based cashback on trading volume.

About

BasedBot

BasedBot is a non-custodial, multi-chain trading suite that puts on-chain DEX execution inside Telegram, a companion web terminal, and a Chrome browser extension. Users share a single account and wallet set across all three surfaces, allowing them to switch contexts without managing separate keys or balances. The platform went live in June 2024 and reports over 60,000 monthly active Telegram traders.

Core Mechanism

BasedBot connects directly to decentralized exchanges on each supported chain and routes transactions on behalf of the user. Users import or generate a wallet inside the bot, fund it, and execute buys and sells by entering a token contract address or selecting from a trending feed. All transactions are on-chain and non-custodial: the bot never takes custody of funds; it simply broadcasts signed transactions. Authentication uses a one-time password sent via Telegram, requiring no email, password, or KYC.

The primary revenue model is a 1% fee charged on each transaction. The platform redistributes 30% of that fee back to the trading user as instant cashback, paid in the native token of the chain being traded. On Solana, cashback arrives in SOL; on Base or Ethereum, it arrives in ETH. No staking, point conversion, or lock-up is required to receive the base cashback rate.

Key Features

Sniping. BasedBot includes a standard sniper that targets token launches at the moment liquidity is added, and a migration sniper built specifically for tokens migrating from pump.fun or equivalent launchpads to full DEX liquidity pools.

Copy Trading. Users can select a wallet address to follow and the bot will replicate that wallet's on-chain buys and sells automatically, with configurable allocation limits.

Limit Orders. Users set a target price for a token; the bot monitors the chain and executes the trade when the condition is met, without requiring the user to be online.

DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging). Automated recurring purchases at a user-defined interval and amount, useful for accumulating a position over time without timing individual entries.

Stop-Loss. Automatic exit trigger if a position falls below a defined threshold, providing downside protection for open trades.

Anti-MEV Protection. Transactions can be routed to shield against maximal extractable value (MEV) bots that would otherwise front-run or sandwich user trades.

Portfolio View. Real-time profit and loss tracking, wallet balance monitoring, and a history of recent trades are accessible directly in the Telegram interface or web terminal.

Bridge. Built-in bridging functionality allows users to rotate capital between supported chains without leaving the platform.

Discovery. Trending token feeds and watchlists help users identify active markets across the supported networks.

Supported Chains

As of mid-2026, BasedBot supports 19 networks: Ethereum, Base, BSC, Solana, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Abstract, HyperEVM, Ink, Story, X Layer, Unichain, Plasma, Monad, MegaETH, Tempo, Robinhood Chain, Arc, and Stable. Solana is a first-class supported chain alongside the EVM networks, meaning Solana users access the same feature set — sniping, copy trading, limit orders, DCA, stop-loss, and instant SOL cashback — as users on any other chain.

$BBOT Token

BasedBot has announced a native token, $BBOT. As of July 2026, the token has not yet launched. The project states that 100% of the total supply is reserved for a community airdrop, with no allocation to investors, founders, or the team. A snapshot date has not been publicly announced. Once live, the token is intended to support additional utility: staking $BBOT is described as unlocking up to 10% additional cashback on trades above the base 30% rate. Revenue sharing mechanics tied to $BBOT include directing 10% of net platform profits into a revenue-share pool for stakers and 30% of net profits into a buy-and-burn mechanism to reduce circulating supply over time.

Fees

The platform charges a flat 1% fee per on-chain transaction. There is no subscription cost, no upfront payment, and no tiered pricing. The 30% instant cashback effectively reduces the net cost to 0.7% for active users. No additional platform fees are mentioned in official documentation.

Team and Audit Status

The team behind BasedBot has not been publicly identified in available sources. No security audit reports have been published or referenced in official channels or independent coverage. As with any non-custodial trading bot, users interact through the bot's signed transaction layer; the security surface includes the handling of private keys within the platform's wallet infrastructure. Prospective users should assess this risk independently.

Solana Ecosystem Fit

Solana's low transaction costs and high throughput make it a natural fit for the high-frequency, high-speed trading workflows that BasedBot targets. Features like sniping and copy trading are particularly latency-sensitive, and Solana's block times and fee structure favor rapid, repeated execution. The pump.fun ecosystem on Solana — where many new tokens launch before migrating to Raydium or other DEXs — makes BasedBot's migration sniper directly relevant to Solana-native degen trading. The instant SOL cashback model also aligns with Solana users' preference for low-friction, real-time rewards rather than locked or vested incentives.

BasedBot operates in a crowded field alongside established Solana-native bots such as Trojan, Maestro, and Bonkbot, but differentiates through its multi-chain reach, the browser extension surface, and the announced $BBOT community airdrop. Its self-described positioning as the "#1 Degen Trading Bot" targets high-activity retail traders who move across chains and want a single interface to manage positions everywhere.
