SonarWatch

SonarWatch launched in April 2021 as a multichain DeFi portfolio tracker with a strong focus on Solana. The platform gave users a consolidated dashboard to monitor token balances, NFT holdings, staking positions, and DeFi yield metrics across more than 120 protocols on nine blockchains, with Solana as its primary coverage area. A $SONAR governance token launched in October 2021 alongside a fundraising round; the team later introduced a PRO subscription tier and direct protocol interaction features in early 2022.

In January 2025, Jupiter — the leading Solana DEX aggregator — announced the acquisition of SonarWatch. The standalone sonar.watch platform was phased out, the SONAR token discontinued and its remaining supply burned (with holders eligible to claim JUP tokens), and the SonarWatch Portfolio API deprecated after a six-month transition period beginning January 31, 2025. The former SonarWatch team now builds Jupiter Portfolio (portfolio.jup.ag), an integrated on-chain portfolio tracker covering 150+ Solana protocols within Jupiter's ecosystem.
