Notifi Network

Notifi Network is a cross-chain communication infrastructure platform built for the Web3 ecosystem. Founded in January 2022, it provides developers and decentralized applications with the tooling to deliver real-time notifications and messages to their users — often described as "Twilio for Web3."

The Problem

Web3 users routinely miss critical events: liquidation warnings, governance proposals, limit-order fills, NFT bids, and wallet activity. Unlike traditional software, where push notifications and messaging are table stakes, on-chain activity has no native delivery mechanism. Teams have historically resorted to ad-hoc integrations with Discord and Telegram, or built fragile custom pipelines, leaving users fragmented across platforms and developers reinventing the same infrastructure repeatedly.

Notifi provides the missing communication layer, so dApp teams can focus on their core product rather than notification plumbing.

How It Works

At the developer layer, Notifi offers SDKs, REST/GraphQL APIs, and an Admin portal. Developers create a Notifi account, define notification topics — which can be triggered by on-chain events (a smart contract state change, a transaction confirmation, a DAO vote) or off-chain data sources — and embed a delivery interface into their dApp. Notifi's backend monitors blockchain activity across supported networks and routes messages to users' preferred channels.

For end users, the experience is a universal Web3 inbox: connect a wallet, subscribe to the dApps and protocols you use, and receive alerts via SMS, email, Telegram, Discord, or in-app. Delivery preferences are set per topic, per user.

Key Products

Notifi In-App Messaging Card is a low-code, drag-and-drop notification widget that dApps embed directly in their UI. It is white-labeled and CSS-customizable, allowing teams to maintain their native look and feel while leveraging Notifi's backend delivery infrastructure.

Notifi Direct is an API-first integration path for teams that want full control over their user experience. The dApp builds its own front end while Notifi handles message routing and delivery at scale.

Notifi Hub is a cross-chain inbox accessible at notifi.network/hub and via iOS and Android apps. Users connect their wallets across Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Aptos, and other supported chains, and manage all subscriptions from one place. Available alerts include transaction activity, DAO proposals, NFT bids, whale wallet tracking, and DeFi market signals.

Notifi Admin is an enterprise-grade developer dashboard for configuring on-chain and off-chain alert logic, monitoring blockchain activity, connecting to off-chain data sources, and accessing reporting and message statistics.

XMS Chat provides cross-chain wallet-to-wallet messaging, enabling users to communicate directly using their wallet addresses across supported chains.

Notifi Community Manager gives dApp owners and creators marketing tools to publish content and send targeted messages across channels including Telegram and Discord.

Solana Ecosystem Integration

Notifi built its first integrations on Solana. An early milestone was integrating with Solana's SPL Governance protocol (Realms), providing the first Web3 messaging SDK for on-chain DAOs. Governance participants on Realms can receive real-time notifications for new proposals and voting deadlines via SMS and email directly within the Realms UI, addressing one of the persistent participation problems in decentralized governance.

Notifi also integrated with Bonfida, Solana's naming service, linking human-readable wallet names to notification subscriptions. Early Solana customers include Orca, Zebec, Hyperspace, and over 25 other dApps.

Multi-Chain Reach

Starting on Solana and NEAR, the platform has expanded to Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, Aptos, Sui, Acala, and Osmosis. Cross-chain integrations include Levana (perpetual exchange), Synthetix (derivatives liquidity), and Snapshot Labs (off-chain governance). The long-term goal is to serve as the messaging layer across all major blockchain ecosystems.

Team

Notifi was co-founded by Paul Kim (CEO) and Nimesh Amin (CTO), who met at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Kim was Director of Product for messaging and observability services at Oracle; Amin architected streaming and messaging systems. Both also have backgrounds at Amazon Web Services and Microsoft — a grounding in enterprise-scale communication infrastructure that directly shapes Notifi's architecture and positioning.

Funding

Notifi has raised $12.5 million across two rounds. A $2.5 million pre-seed from Hashed and Race Capital was followed by a $10 million seed round in November 2022, co-led by the same firms. Additional investors include Struck Capital, HRT Capital, Wintermute, Superscrypt (backed by Temasek), Long Hash Ventures, Protocol Labs, Quantstamp, Cherubic, and over a dozen others.

Role in Solana

For Solana developers, Notifi fills a genuine gap in the application stack. Any team building on Solana — DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, DAOs, or gaming applications — that wants to engage users with timely, relevant alerts can integrate Notifi's SDK instead of building notification infrastructure from scratch. The Realms integration in particular anchors Notifi as part of the governance tooling that underpins Solana's on-chain organizations.
