Confirmo is a MiCA-licensed stablecoin payment gateway that enables businesses to accept, settle, and disburse cryptocurrency payments globally, including automated USDC recurring billing running natively on Solana.

Founded in 2014 in Prague as BitcoinPay alongside Coinmate, Confirmo expanded beyond Bitcoin into a full stablecoin payment stack and rebranded over the following decade. The company is now incorporated as Confirmo Limited in Ireland. In April 2026, it received dual authorization from the Central Bank of Ireland as both a Crypto-Asset Service Provider under MiCA and a Payment Institution under the Payment Services Regulations 2018, making it one of the first stablecoin processors in Europe to hold both licenses simultaneously. The platform processes more than 80 million USD per month across 141 countries.

The product suite covers four transaction flows. Checkout provides a hosted or embeddable payment page with WooCommerce integration, payment buttons, and email invoicing. Deposits handle structured inbound transfers for iGaming, forex, and PSP clients. Payouts support high-volume batch disbursements via UI or REST API, priced at 0.5% with no monthly or connection fees. Subscribe, launched in July 2026, is the Solana-native recurring billing product. It uses the Solana Subscriptions and Allowances program to let customers pre-authorize wallet-pull payments, removing card networks and custodial intermediaries from subscription billing. At launch it supports USDC and USDG on Solana via SPL and Token-2022, plus confidential transfers for enterprise privacy, and is compatible with over 700 WalletConnect wallets.

Confirmo supports BTC on mainnet and Lightning, ETH on Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Optimism, USDT across six networks, USDC across five networks including Solana, SOL, POL, LTC, and TRX. Fiat off-ramps cover USD, EUR, and Czech koruna.

Solana was selected for the Subscribe product for its near-instant finality and low transaction costs. The Subscriptions and Allowances program operates like a direct debit rather than a card charge, preserving user self-custody while giving merchants reliable recurring revenue. Target markets include global payroll processors, SaaS platforms, iGaming operators, and cross-border B2B payment flows.

The platform integrates via REST API or no-code tools and maintains 99.97% uptime with 24/7 support. Strategic partnerships include Paxos in February 2026 for US stablecoin infrastructure and Plasma in January 2026. No public security audit reports have been disclosed. Confirmo has not published detailed leadership information; three senior appointments were announced in May 2026 without names.
