Bullring Finance

Bullring Finance is a global settlement infrastructure platform for businesses that need to move money across borders without the friction of traditional correspondent banking. Operating under the legal name Teso Pay Inc., incorporated in British Columbia, Canada and registered as a Money Services Business with FINTRAC (Registration No. N300000030), Bullring delivers cross-border settlement as a programmable API layer rather than a geography-by-geography banking patchwork.

What It Does

At its core, Bullring abstracts a four-step settlement flow: collect funds locally from payers in their native currency, transfer value cross-border via stablecoin rails in under one minute, distribute to recipients in their local currency, and manage everything from a single unified dashboard. The platform targets business clients — exporters and importers managing multi-currency proceeds, fintech companies needing embedded cross-border capability, OTC and stablecoin trading desks, global teams paying contractors internationally, and financial institutions extending their reach without establishing local banking entities in every market.

The user-facing layer is entirely fiat. Clients interact with local currencies on both ends; the stablecoin settlement hop in the middle is abstracted away. This design eliminates cryptocurrency volatility risk for merchants and recipients while capturing the speed and cost advantages of on-chain settlement.

Supported Networks and Stablecoins

Bullring routes transactions across multiple blockchain networks — Solana, Ethereum, Celo, Polygon, Stellar, and Base — selecting the optimal rail for each corridor based on speed, cost, and reliability. USDC and USDT serve as the primary settlement tokens, chosen for their deep liquidity and broad acceptance across the supported chains.

Solana is included as a high-throughput, low-cost option particularly suited to high-frequency and smaller-value corridors where per-transaction fees on slower chains would erode margins. As USDC on Solana has grown substantially in circulation and Solana's stablecoin ecosystem has matured, the network's inclusion in Bullring's routing logic reflects broader industry movement toward Solana for stablecoin payment infrastructure.

Geographic Coverage

The platform covers corridors across four regions:

  • Americas: USD, BRL (Brazil), CAD
  • Europe: EUR, GBP
  • Africa: NGN (Nigeria), GHS (Ghana), TZS (Tanzania), ZMW (Zambia), ZAR (South Africa)
  • Asia and Middle East: AED (UAE), CNY (China), JPY (Japan)

Payment method support includes ACH (US), PIX (Brazil), SEPA (Europe), Faster Payments (UK), and mobile money networks across Africa. Card acceptance covers Visa, Mastercard, and local card networks.

Pricing and Performance

Bullring's fee structure is volume-based, starting at approximately 0.1% per transaction with no platform fees, no hidden spreads, and no prefunding requirements. Pricing decreases as transaction volume increases. Settlement targets under one minute, a significant improvement over the two-to-five business day timelines typical of traditional correspondent banking.

Developer Integration

Businesses connect through a unified REST API that handles collections, cross-border movement, and payouts within a single interface. Supporting infrastructure includes real-time webhooks for settlement events, a sandbox environment for integration testing, and SDKs and client libraries for multiple programming languages. The dashboard provides multi-currency virtual accounts, centralized treasury visibility, and real-time liquidity monitoring across all active corridors.

Compliance and Security

Bullring operates through licensed entities in every supported market, with automated AML/KYC checks run on all transactions. The platform maintains immutable audit trails for regulatory compliance. Security controls include enterprise-grade encryption, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, network isolation, and continuous monitoring.

History and Evolution

Bullring's current infrastructure emerged from an earlier product phase. The company's first product was a crypto point-of-sale solution enabling physical merchants in Brazil and the UK to accept digital asset payments, with instant fiat settlement delivered to the merchant. By early 2025, the company had onboarded over 30 stores in Brazil accepting stablecoin payments via Lightning with local currency settlement — a proof of concept that shaped the current product direction by demonstrating that abstracting crypto complexity for end users unlocked real commercial demand.

By early 2026, Bullring had repositioned as a B2B backend infrastructure provider rather than a front-facing merchant POS product, as documented in the January 2026 blog post "From Crypto POS to Global Settlement Rails" authored by Lucius Unegbu. This pivot moved the company upstream, targeting fintechs and payment service providers building on top of Bullring's rails rather than end merchants directly.

Clients and Backing

Published client references include SUPA, Bluum Finance, Cray Finance, DominiPay, Vector, and Vesicash — a mix of fintech companies and payment service providers using Bullring's rails as embedded infrastructure. The company is backed by Alliance. Contact for partnership inquiries is available at [email protected].

Solana Ecosystem Fit

Bullring's multi-chain architecture positions Solana as one of several rails, a practical design choice for a payments company optimizing on corridor-level cost and throughput performance. For high-frequency and Africa- or Latin America-facing corridors where sub-cent transaction costs and fast finality matter most, Solana's characteristics are a natural fit. The platform's use of USDC and USDT as settlement tokens aligns with Solana's growing role as a primary stablecoin settlement network, placing Bullring within the broader category of fintech infrastructure projects building global payment reach on Solana rails.
