BoomFi Payment Gateway
BoomFi Payment Gateway provides cryptocurrency payment processing across multiple blockchains, supporting one-time payments, subscriptions, and invoicing with dual crypto-fiat settlement options for businesses.
BoomFi Crypto Subscriptions
BoomFi Crypto Subscriptions enables recurring cryptocurrency payments with automated billing intervals, spend limits, and multi-chain support for subscription-based services.
BoomFi Crypto Off-Ramp
BoomFi Crypto Off-Ramp allows users to withdraw cryptocurrency directly to bank accounts with fiat settlement in major currencies including USD, GBP, and EUR.
Boomfi OTC
Boomfi OTC facilitates large-volume cryptocurrency trading through direct bilateral execution with personalized support and liquidity access. The service processes block trades across multiple blockchain networks while minimizing market impact and slippage for high-value transactions.
BoomFi
BoomFi is a crypto payment infrastructure platform that lets merchants, software platforms, and financial services businesses accept digital-asset payments worldwide. Its core proposition is straightforward: abstract away the complexity of multi-chain settlement, fiat conversion, and recurring billing behind a single commercial-grade API and merchant dashboard, so businesses can accept crypto without building blockchain integrations from scratch.
Core Mechanism
The architecture is non-custodial throughout — BoomFi never holds customer or merchant funds. Each transaction is routed through a combination of trustless smart contracts, on-chain permits, and automated payment processors. When a customer pays in crypto, BoomFi handles real-time conversion and settlement into the merchant's preferred currency — fiat or stablecoin — using an integrated exchange layer. Merchants link their bank accounts via standard payment rails including SEPA, FPS, SWIFT, ACH, and Wire, and can configure automatic settlement thresholds so incoming crypto is liquidated and deposited on a schedule they control.
Recurring billing works through on-chain mandates. Customers authorise BoomFi's smart contracts to pull a defined amount from their wallet on each billing cycle. The system verifies available funds before each charge, executes the transfer, and sends confirmations to both parties. Subscriptions run until the customer cancels, the mandate is revoked, or the wallet balance falls short — a direct-debit model executed entirely on-chain.
Products and Features
BoomFi organises its offering into three connected product lines.
Payment Gateway is the flagship product. Merchants can generate no-code payment links (Paylinks) shareable via email, QR code, or social media, or embed a conversion-optimised checkout flow directly into their own site or application. A full developer API gives engineering teams programmatic control over payment creation, status, and reconciliation. All transactions flow through a unified merchant dashboard with settlement reporting and scheduled bank transfers.
Crypto On/Off Ramp lets platforms embed direct buy/sell functionality for end users — allowing customers to purchase digital assets with fiat or convert crypto back to fiat for bank withdrawal — without leaving the host platform. This product targets brokerages, fintech apps, and gaming platforms that want crypto rails without managing their own regulatory licences.
Crypto Exchange and OTC serves high-volume or bespoke settlement needs. The OTC desk handles large conversions with tight spreads and flexible settlement terms, while the exchange layer supports configurable auto-liquidation thresholds. BoomFi also offers whitelabel builds for companies that want branded payment infrastructure running on the BoomFi back end. A March 2025 platform relaunch under the name BoomFi 2.0 repositioned the company as an ongoing payments partner rather than a standalone gateway.
Industry verticals served include iGaming operators, proprietary trading firms, SaaS businesses, luxury retail, non-profit fundraising, event ticketing, and professional services.
Supported Chains and Assets
BoomFi supports payments on Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Solana, Arbitrum, and Tron. Solana's low transaction costs and fast finality make it well-suited for payment contexts where confirmation speed and per-transaction fees matter to end-user experience. The full list of supported tokens is maintained in BoomFi's documentation and is updated as the platform expands.
Security and Compliance
BoomFi holds ISO 27001 certification for information security management. The platform has undergone cybersecurity audits by Sayfer and carries systems-failure insurance. Real-time transaction monitoring is provided through a partnership with TRM Labs, a specialist blockchain intelligence firm used for AML screening.
On the regulatory side, BoomFi operates as a licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in Poland, placing it within the European regulatory perimeter and positioning it for alignment with the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework. The company also offers crypto off-ramping backed by a European VASP licence with Virtual IBAN on/off-ramp capability. Its Canadian operating entity, Plexa Finance Ltd, is registered as a Money Services Business with FINTRAC (registration C100000751), authorised for virtual currency exchange. The commercial entity BoomFi LLC-FZ is incorporated in the Meydan Free Zone in the UAE.
Background and Team
BoomFi was founded in 2023 and is headquartered in London, UK, with additional legal entities in the UAE and Canada. The company does not publish individual team profiles publicly. Its multi-jurisdictional regulatory setup — Europe, North America, and the Gulf — reflects a deliberate structure for serving merchants across regulatory regimes from launch.
Notable early customers include Zealy, Hopr, and LegalBison. In 2025, BoomFi announced integration partnerships with payment orchestration platforms Paytiko and Paymid, extending its reach to their respective merchant networks. It also partnered with ONE.io to power ONE Gateway, a white-labelled crypto payment product. BoomFi has participated in major fintech industry events including Money 20/20 and IFX Europe, and has actively targeted the proprietary trading firm sector alongside its core commercial merchant base.
Fit Within Solana
Solana's growing role in consumer payments — driven by low fees, fast settlement, and a maturing ecosystem of wallets and consumer apps — makes it a natural fit for a merchant-focused payment gateway. BoomFi's inclusion of Solana as a supported network gives merchants a compliance-ready, infrastructure-complete path to accepting SOL and SPL tokens from customers. The platform handles the chain-side mechanics, fiat conversion, AML screening, and bank settlement as a managed service, removing the need for merchants to run their own Solana payment infrastructure.
