Blockchain Supply chain Operating System (BSOS)

BSOS (Blockchain Supply Chain Operating System) is a Taipei-headquartered Web3 infrastructure company that builds compliant stablecoin payment networks and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platforms for enterprises and financial institutions. Founded in 2018, BSOS positions itself at the intersection of supply chain finance and blockchain technology, targeting the roughly $43 trillion in capital estimated to be locked across global supply chains.

Core Products

Velaro is BSOS's flagship B2B stablecoin payment network, focused on Latin American cross-border trade. Velaro routes international payments through a stablecoin settlement layer, providing fast USD liquidity without the foreign-exchange exposure and correspondent-banking delays of traditional wire transfers. The platform integrates end-to-end KYB, KYC, and AML verification alongside programmable escrow logic — funds are held in enterprise-grade third-party custody and released on predefined conditions, reducing counterparty risk on both sides of a trade. Velaro is backed by Tether, which entered a strategic partnership with BSOS in 2024 to establish what both parties describe as a compliant stablecoin transfer channel for the region.

RWA SuiteX is BSOS's institutional tokenization suite, covering the full lifecycle of real-world asset issuance: creation, transfer, compliance checks, and redemption. The platform targets bonds, gold, and equities, and is designed to be modular enough to adapt to varying regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. BSOS's RWA work in Asia has included deployments on Hedera, a network the company selected for its predictable low fees and regulatory-grade auditability.

SUPLEX is an earlier supply chain finance product built on the Corda enterprise blockchain, focused on digitizing accounts receivable and improving working capital for suppliers in trade finance flows.

Isle Finance and DeFi Expansion

In 2024, BSOS served as the primary technical contributor to Isle Finance, a tokenized trade finance lending protocol co-incubated with Outlier Ventures. Isle Finance is designed specifically for supply chain payment scenarios, connecting institutional liquidity providers with businesses that need short-term financing against verified receivables. The protocol launched on Hedera and was selected for the 2024 BNB Incubation Alliance. BSOS brought its track record of over 300 enterprise clients and $15 million in monthly financing demand to Isle Finance as foundational credibility.

An earlier real-world proof of concept, announced at TOKEN2049 Singapore in September 2023 in partnership with Huma Finance, demonstrated the DeFi and Green Finance model: ChargeSmith, a Taiwanese EV charging operator, used IoT-native data feeds and smart contract automation to access stablecoin lending from a DeFi pool — marking what BSOS described as Taiwan's first RWA DeFi implementation.

Security and Certifications

BSOS holds ISO 27001 (information security management) and ISO 27701 (privacy information management) certifications. The company has won multiple industry awards including a Best Solution Award at an SAP competition in 2023 and recognition for innovative SaaS and blockchain technology.

Team and Background

BSOS operates through three legal entities: BSOS Tech in Taiwan (core R&D), BSOS Network in the United States, and Velaro in Brazil. The company became Consensys's first technical partner in Asia and contributed to Enterprise Ethereum specifications early in its history. It has built blockchain systems for major financial institutions across Asia-Pacific.

Investors include Tether, 500 Global, Pegatron (the contract manufacturer), Taishin Holdings, Shin Shin Credit, and Taiwan's National Development Council — a mix of strategic and institutional capital that reflects BSOS's enterprise and government-facing positioning.

Solana Ecosystem Fit

Solana appears in the BSOS partner ecosystem on the company's website, alongside Consensys, Avalanche, Polygon, Hedera, Blockstream, and Alchemy. However, BSOS's documented production deployments use Hedera for RWA tokenization, Corda for SUPLEX, and ConsenSys Quorum for earlier enterprise work. No Solana-native product or on-chain deployment has been publicly detailed to date. The listing on Solana Compass reflects BSOS's participation in the broader multi-chain infrastructure landscape and its stated intention to support Solana as a settlement layer, though the primary current workload runs on Hedera and enterprise permissioned chains.
