Bizzed

Bizzed is a Solana-based platform that brings fractional ownership of profitable, cash-flowing small businesses to retail investors. Where traditional private equity gates Main Street businesses behind large minimum tickets and accredited-only rules, Bizzed tokenizes stakes in established local enterprises — think plumbing firms, laundromats, and HVAC contractors — and distributes pro-rata profit shares quarterly through smart contracts. The project's tagline, "Main Street over Wall Street," captures the ambition plainly: redirect wealth-building access from institutional capital markets to the neighbourhood businesses that form the backbone of local economies.

The Problem Bizzed Is Solving

An estimated $10 trillion in small business value is owned by retiring Baby Boomers. When these owners exit without a ready buyer, businesses close, jobs disappear, and communities lose essential services. At the same time, retail investors seeking yield outside of public equities have historically had no clean mechanism to invest in the small-business economy. Private equity does this at scale, but with multi-million-dollar minimums and multi-year lock-ups that exclude ordinary investors.

Bizzed aims to bridge both gaps. By acquiring mature, recession-resilient local businesses and then tokenizing fractional ownership stakes on Solana, the platform creates a secondary market where investors can gain exposure to dividend-generating real-world businesses without the traditional barriers. Sellers benefit from continuity of the business and its workforce; investors gain access to a cash-flow stream historically unavailable to them.

How the Platform Works

Bizzed identifies acquisition targets through its AI-powered due diligence infrastructure at bizzed.xyz and bizzed.ai. The platform ingests financial documents — P&L statements, tax returns, operational data — and produces analysis within minutes to 48 hours that would traditionally take advisory teams weeks. Core outputs include financial projections, risk assessments, and tailored financing comparisons. The platform also generates acquisition-related legal documents automatically, reducing the friction and professional fees typically involved in small-business transactions.

Once an acquisition is completed, Bizzed posts tokenized ownership stakes on Solana. Token holders receive pro-rata quarterly dividend distributions sourced from business profits, paid out via smart contracts. The choice of Solana as the settlement layer provides low transaction costs and fast finality — both practical requirements for recurring small-value distributions to potentially large numbers of token holders.

The business model on the acquisition side is supported by seller financing in many cases, a structure that preserves jobs and avoids the upheaval of full asset sales. Post-acquisition, Bizzed implements operational improvements — technology integration, pricing optimization — designed to grow the underlying cash flows that token holders receive.

AI Due Diligence Tooling

A distinguishing feature of the Bizzed approach is the depth of its AI-assisted evaluation capability. The platform operates as an all-in-one command center offering:

  • LLM agent selector — specialized agents handle distinct due diligence tasks in parallel
  • Conversational financial analysis — analysts and acquirers can query deal data through a natural-language interface
  • Anomaly detection — real-time scanning of financial documents surfaces irregularities
  • Automated recommendations — synthesized risk and opportunity signals inform acquisition decisions

The platform cites over 1,000 businesses analyzed, more than $1.2 billion in transaction value tracked, and over 400 legal documents generated. Founder Janine Subgang has stated she sourced $200 million worth of prime acquisition targets through the system.

Team and Founder

Janine Subgang, Founder and CEO, is an entrepreneur with a background spanning venture capital, crypto regulation, and community building. She studied simultaneously at Oxford and the University of Amsterdam, became Managing Director of the Amsterdam University Student Fund at 24, and was a Founding Partner at ADHD Ventures at 25. She has presented on blockchain regulation to the UK House of Lords and has been active in building crypto communities in the UK. She frames Bizzed as addressing historical wealth inequality, describing the model as "the most democratised private equity investment vehicle ever created."

The company has raised angel and institutional funding, though specific round sizes have not been publicly disclosed.

Recognition on Solana

Bizzed won the BBT (Boring Business Token) Award at Solana's SuperTeam UK Demo Day after pitching against a record 37 competing companies, taking home a $15,000 USD prize. SuperTeam is Solana Foundation's official network for supporting builders in regional markets, and the UK Demo Day win positioned Bizzed among a cohort of Solana-native projects receiving ecosystem recognition from the broader community.

The BIZZED Token

A BIZZED token exists on Solana at address 47jkAEcJAGZevy9HXNQz6ZK6MVA4g6Zfu1vXE5SoeBrr, with a total supply of approximately 999 million tokens. As of mid-2025, the token carries a very small market capitalization and minimal on-chain liquidity, consistent with early-stage community tokens that have yet to achieve broad distribution. The token is listed as unverified on Phantom. Investors should distinguish between the speculative BIZZED token and Bizzed's core proposition, which centers on tokenized ownership stakes in specific acquired businesses rather than a fungible utility or governance token.

Positioning in the Solana Ecosystem

Bizzed is part of the broader real-world asset tokenization movement gaining traction on Solana, alongside projects tokenizing equities, treasuries, and credit instruments. The distinguishing characteristic is Bizzed's focus on private, non-institutional businesses — a largely untouched segment. By targeting boring, cash-flowing enterprises with predictable revenue rather than high-growth startups, the project aims to offer a more stable yield profile than typical crypto-native investments.

With the tagline "Main Street over Wall Street," Bizzed's thesis is that Solana's speed and low transaction costs make it uniquely suited to running the ongoing dividend infrastructure for small-business equity — paying out quarterly distributions to many token holders without fees that erode the underlying yield.
