On-chain activity
Auras Pay API
Auras Pay API is a RESTful interface enabling developers to integrate non-custodial crypto payment acceptance into e-commerce platforms, invoicing systems, and custom applications. It supports payment link creation, transaction tracking, and invoice management with direct on-chain settlement to merchant wallets.
AurasPay POS
AurasPay POS is a non-custodial crypto point-of-sale application for Android devices and terminals. Merchants generate instant payment requests and receive BTC, ETH, SOL, and USDT directly to their wallets with on-chain confirmation, zero transaction fees, and no additional hardware required.
Auras Pay
Auras Pay
Auras Pay is a non-custodial cryptocurrency payment infrastructure built by AURAS Technologies, a company based in Dubai, UAE. The platform targets businesses of all sizes — from independent merchants and content creators to cafés, salons, and service providers — that want to accept on-chain payments without giving up custody of funds or paying monthly subscription fees.
The core model is straightforward: merchants connect their own wallets, generate payment links or QR codes, and receive funds directly on-chain with no intermediary holding assets in between. AURAS Technologies classifies itself as a DLT Technology Provider rather than a virtual asset service provider (VASP) or payment processor, and charges only a flat 1% fee per completed transaction. There are no setup costs, no API subscription tiers, and no limit on the number of payments processed.
Supported Assets and Networks
Auras Pay supports four assets at launch: Solana (SOL), USD Coin (USDC), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Solana is highlighted within the platform's own documentation as the preferred network for most merchant use cases, given its sub-second finality and negligible transaction fees — making it well suited to small-ticket point-of-sale flows where Bitcoin or Ethereum gas costs would be prohibitive. USDC acceptance on Solana gives merchants a stablecoin option that eliminates volatility exposure without requiring an off-ramp.

API and Developer Integration
Auras Pay exposes a REST API that developers can call to create payment requests, verify transaction status, and fire webhooks on confirmation. The API supports real-time payment verification and automatic fiat-to-crypto conversion at checkout, pulling live rates from CoinGecko and ExchangeRate API. Webhook notifications allow backend systems to mark orders paid the moment an on-chain transaction is confirmed.
WordPress Plugin
A WordPress plugin (version 1.0.0, released January 2026) extends Auras Pay to any WordPress site without requiring WooCommerce or a separate e-commerce platform. Merchants embed payment forms using shortcodes — supporting fixed-price checkouts, donation forms with preset amounts, and tipping interfaces. The plugin generates QR codes for mobile wallet scanning and handles real-time payment detection. Supported use cases include digital product sales, membership fees, event registrations, invoice payments, and general donations.
Requirements for the plugin are minimal: WordPress 5.8 or higher, PHP 7.4 or higher, and an Auras Pay account with an active API key.
QR Payments
For in-person or link-based scenarios, Auras Pay provides a QR payment flow that presents the requested amount, guides the customer through wallet selection, and confirms the transaction automatically. The checkout is mobile-optimized, allowing customers to scan from any mobile wallet that supports the relevant network.
AurasPay POS (Android App)
In December 2025, AURAS Technologies launched AurasPay POS, a dedicated Android application designed for brick-and-mortar merchant environments. The app enables merchants to generate instant payment requests, display QR codes for customer scanning, and monitor incoming transactions through a real-time dashboard — all without connecting to a centralized payment processor. A single merchant account can be deployed across an unlimited number of Android devices, making it practical for businesses with multiple checkout stations.
The target verticals for the POS app include retail shops, cafés, restaurants, salons, and other service businesses that want to offer crypto alongside traditional payment methods without adopting a full crypto-native point-of-sale system.
Non-Custodial Architecture
The non-custodial design is a consistent theme across every Auras Pay product. Merchants connect their own wallets rather than depositing funds into a platform-controlled account, and payment flows settle wallet-to-wallet on-chain. AURAS Technologies does not store, manage, or transmit merchant or customer funds at any stage of a transaction. The company's legal position — operating as a DLT Technology Provider rather than a licensed payment institution — reflects this architecture: it sells access to software tools, not a payment service.
This approach transfers counterparty risk out of the payment layer. Merchants bear the volatility risk of holding crypto assets (unless they accept USDC), but they are not exposed to the custodial risk that has caused losses at centralized crypto payment processors.
Pricing
Auras Pay charges a single 1% fee on each completed transaction. There is no monthly subscription, no API access fee, no setup charge, and no ceiling on transaction volume. For high-volume merchants, a 1% take rate is competitive with traditional card networks (which typically charge 1.5–3% plus fixed per-transaction fees) and meaningfully cheaper than many centralized crypto payment gateways that layer on conversion spreads.
Status
As of late 2025 and into 2026, Auras Pay is an active, shipping product. The WordPress plugin reached its public release in January 2026, the Android POS app launched in December 2025, and the company continues to operate its API and merchant onboarding infrastructure. The platform does not have a publicly disclosed native token.
