Solana Foundation Launches the Solana Asset Registry: 3,293 Classified Assets With Allium, RWA.xyz and CoinGecko Data
The Solana Foundation's new Solana Asset Registry on tokens.xyz classifies 3,293 real-world assets with Allium, RWA.xyz and CoinGecko data and CSV export.
The Solana Foundation on 29 October 2026 introduced the Solana Asset Registry, a searchable table at tokens.xyz/registry that classifies tokenized assets on Solana and shows their on-chain value from two data providers side by side. The Foundation's announcement post called it "a canonical search engine for every Solana asset, classified, with data from @AlliumLabs, @coingecko and @RWA_xyz behind every entry."
The page itself is narrower than that pitch. It is titled "Real World Assets Registry", describes itself as a "canonical RWA registry list for Assets on Solana", and listed 3,293 assets when we checked on 29 October. The registry is a new section of tokens.xyz, the Foundation's asset directory, which we covered when its code was open-sourced in August 2026.
What the Solana Asset Registry lists
Each row of the Solana Asset Registry gives a token, its mint address (the token's unique on-chain ID, linked to Solana Explorer), a category, a class, an on-chain value and a market cap. Categories on the first page include Fiat-Backed, Crypto-Backed, Fixed Income, Equities and Private Funds. Classes split those further into USD stablecoins, US Treasuries, CLOs, stocks, ETFs and PE/VC funds. A filter and an Export CSV button sit above the table.
The underlying data has a public build history. A 17 October commit in the tokens.xyz GitHub repository reads "ingest the data.solana.com asset registry into Postgres and serve it as GET /v2/registry", so the same list is also exposed as an API endpoint for developers.
Allium and RWA.xyz values, CoinGecko market cap
The registry's Value column prints a figure from Allium and one from RWA.xyz in the same cell. For the largest assets they agree closely: the page shows USDC on Solana at $6.53 billion from Allium and $6.50 billion from RWA.xyz. Some rows diverge. The NVDAx tokenized Nvidia stock shows $33.36 million from Allium against $14.28 million from RWA.xyz, and the euro stablecoin EURC shows $52.23 million against $82.18 million. Several rows leave one provider blank.
Those gaps are the useful part of the design. A single number invites trust, while two numbers that differ that widely tell a reader where to check the issuer's own reporting.
The Market Cap column comes from CoinGecko and reflects each token's total market cap rather than its Solana footprint, which is why USDC shows $71.12 billion there against the roughly $6.5 billion both value providers count on Solana.
Why a canonical token list matters on Solana
Anyone can create a Solana token with any name and ticker. A Solana Compass token search for "USDC" on 29 October returned four separate mints using that ticker. Only one is flagged trusted in our data, the real USDC mint, with about $105 million of DEX liquidity. The other three had effectively zero liquidity, yet one of them reported a market cap above $61 billion, because a price multiplied by an inflated supply produces a large number whether or not anyone can trade it. Compass's own token-quality flags draw on tokens.xyz trust tiers, so we are a downstream user of the same data.
The registry also shows the legitimate version of one asset on several mints. SpaceX appears twice in its first 50 rows: Backed's SPCXx and the PreStocks SPACEX token, two issuers on two separate mint addresses, according to our token data. The Foundation's 23 April 2026 explainer on tokens.xyz describes the site as a hosted public good that "carries no token, charges no fees, executes no trades, and custodies no assets."
Finding tokens.xyz/registry, the CSV export and the API
The Solana Asset Registry is live at tokens.xyz/registry, with CSV export on the page and API documentation at docs.tokens.xyz. The asset count and values update with the underlying feeds, so the figures above are a 29 October snapshot. Every row we reviewed was a stablecoin or tokenized real-world asset, which matches the page's RWA title more closely than the announcement's "every Solana asset".
