Team Finance

Team Finance implements self-custodial smart contract vaults across multiple blockchain networks, enabling token lockups, automated vesting schedules, liquidity pool locking, token generation, staking pool creation, airdrop distribution, and batch token transfers. The platform enforces time-locked release mechanics for team tokens and LP tokens while supporting customizable vesting curves for investor and employee distributions. White-label portal integrations allow projects to deploy branded vesting, staking, and airdrop experiences on their own domains.

Team Finance

Team Finance is a token lifecycle management platform designed to give crypto projects the infrastructure they need to launch, grow, and build credibility with their communities. It sits within the TrustSwap product ecosystem alongside The Crypto App and Swappable, serving founders who need reliable, non-custodial tools without writing a line of smart contract code.

What It Does

At its core, Team Finance provides four foundational services that projects lean on from day one of a token launch:

Token Creation. Projects can deploy new tokens on Solana and 25+ other blockchains in minutes using audited, pre-configured contract templates. The Solana integration supports both the SPL token standard and the newer Token-2022 standard, covering projects that need features like transfer fees, confidential transfers, or programmable metadata. Fixed supply and immutable metadata are enforced by default, signals that communities have come to expect from credible launches.

Token Locking. Team and treasury token locking is one of Team Finance's oldest and most-used features. Founders submit their tokens to a smart contract that prevents withdrawal until a pre-set unlock date, then share a publicly verifiable lock receipt with their community. This mechanism has become standard practice in the industry — particularly on Solana, where over 11 million tokens were created in 2025 alone and twelve-month-plus cliffs for founder allocations have moved from best practice to near-universal expectation.

Liquidity Locking. Liquidity pool tokens can also be locked through Team Finance, demonstrating that a project's trading pairs will remain accessible for a defined period. This directly counters the rug-pull pattern of draining LP positions shortly after launch, and the public, on-chain verifiability is a key selling point for investor due diligence.

Vesting Contracts. Projects can configure automated vesting schedules for team members, advisors, and investor allocations. Vesting on Team Finance runs on-chain with full control over cliff periods, linear release schedules, and per-address allocations, removing the operational overhead and trust assumptions of managing manual distributions.

Broader Product Suite

Beyond the four core services, Team Finance has expanded into supporting infrastructure:

  • Staking. Projects can deploy staking contracts through Team Finance, giving token holders a yield mechanism and encouraging long-term holding.
  • Token Airdrops. An automated distribution tool allows projects to send tokens to hundreds or thousands of wallets in a single transaction batch, with on-chain receipts for transparency.
  • White-Label Portals. Teams can host branded vesting and staking dashboards on their own domains using Team Finance's white-label infrastructure, a feature popular with larger launches that want a cohesive community experience.
  • TeamSwap Widget. A DEX aggregation widget embedded directly in the Team Finance dashboard, giving users a swap interface without leaving the platform.
  • Token Discovery Tool. A real-time feed tracking newly created tokens across 20+ blockchains, useful for investors and researchers monitoring launch activity.

Solana Integration

Team Finance has supported Solana since its initial Solana integration, and in early 2026 completed a ground-up rebuild of its Solana platform to close the feature gap with its EVM offerings. The rebuilt platform brings token creation, locking, and liquidity locking to parity with the EVM experience — faster, with a cleaner dashboard — and is described as built on the same battle-tested locking infrastructure used across 20+ other chains. Vesting, staking, airdrops, and DEX tracker integration were listed as near-term additions following the rebuild.

Solana projects access Team Finance through a dedicated subdomain (solana.team.finance), with pricing at $150 per lock operation. Token creation uses pre-audited contract templates, so projects skip the custom audit process that typically adds weeks and thousands of dollars to a launch timeline.

Platform Scale

As of 2025-2026, Team Finance reports:

  • 40,000+ projects served
  • $2.7 billion+ in total value locked
  • 26 blockchains supported

The platform positions itself as chain-agnostic infrastructure — the same tooling and UX that works on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, and Base works on Solana, which lowers the friction for multi-chain teams.

Parent Company: TrustSwap

Team Finance operates under TrustSwap, which acquired the original Team.Finance protocol in late 2020. TrustSwap holds the SWAP token, which serves as the native token across the broader TrustSwap product ecosystem. The platform's non-custodial architecture means user assets are held in smart contracts rather than by TrustSwap directly, and the company retains no admin keys over production contracts post-deployment.

Security Track Record

Team Finance's security history is relevant context for any project considering it. In October 2022, the platform was exploited for $14.5 million. The attacker abused a Uniswap v2-to-v3 migration function — functionality added after the prior audit had been completed — to transfer liquidity into an attacker-controlled pool with manipulated pricing and drain the surplus as a refund. The exploited function was not in scope for the previously published audits.

The hacker subsequently returned approximately $7 million to affected projects, keeping 10% as an informal bounty. Team Finance responded by removing the migration function and commissioning multiple fresh audits.

Current audit coverage includes:

  • CertiK — Team Finance V2 full contract suite (2023, "Production Cleared")
  • Hacken — Locking and vesting contracts (2022)
  • BailSec — V2 staking module (2023)
  • Zokyo — Token locks and vesting, EVM verification (2024)

Ongoing security measures include a bug bounty program offering up to $50,000 for qualifying disclosures, open-source contract publication on all supported chains, mandatory KYC/KYB/AML for launchpad capital raises, and a stated 2-3 business day response window on responsible disclosures.

Ecosystem Fit on Solana

Team Finance fills the trust-infrastructure gap on Solana — the set of verifiable commitments that allow token buyers to assess whether a project's founders and liquidity are genuinely committed. As Solana's token creation volume has scaled dramatically, the demand for lock verification has grown proportionally. Team Finance competes in this space alongside Solana-native alternatives like Streamflow Finance, but brings the advantage of brand recognition from years of EVM deployments and a cross-chain dashboard for teams operating on multiple networks simultaneously.
