Radom Payment Platform
Radom provides cryptocurrency payment processing through hosted checkout pages, payment links, and invoicing systems, enabling businesses to accept digital asset payments across multiple blockchains. The system supports recurring billing, bulk payouts, and crypto-to-fiat conversion while maintaining unified fee structures and webhook notifications.
Radom
Radom is a cryptocurrency payment processing platform that gives businesses a single infrastructure layer to accept crypto payments, manage treasury balances, convert assets, and disburse funds in both crypto and fiat. Founded in July 2023 and headquartered in London, the company positions itself as a next-generation alternative to legacy payment processors for merchants who want to transact natively in digital assets without building custom blockchain integrations.
Core Product Suite
Radom offers a broad set of payment tools that span the full merchant workflow, from initial customer checkout through to final settlement and payout.
Crypto Payments provides a white-labeled developer API that lets teams embed crypto payment acceptance directly into existing products and checkout flows. The integration supports webhooks for event-driven settlement, deposit, and customer lifecycle automation.
Crypto Checkout is a pre-built, conversion-optimized payment page that merchants can deploy without writing frontend code, while Crypto Billing handles subscription and recurring payment management with billing cycles ranging from daily to annual. Crypto Invoicing generates itemized invoices denominated in cryptocurrency, and Crypto Payment Links allow merchants to share no-code reusable links that route customers to a hosted payment flow.
Crypto Presales is a crowdfunding and fundraising widget aimed at token projects and startups running community raise campaigns. It supports nine blockchain networks, customizable branding, and dynamic pricing strategies that can adjust by time elapsed or quantity of tokens sold. No custom code is required to embed it.
Crypto On/Off-Ramp and Crypto Convert handle asset conversion, allowing merchants to move between crypto and fiat or swap across supported tokens. An Open Banking Onramp enables bank-to-crypto funding for customers who prefer to initiate payments from a traditional bank account. Virtual accounts support fiat collection in USD, EUR, MXN, and BRL.
Mass Payouts provides batch disbursement infrastructure for companies that need to pay large numbers of counterparties simultaneously in either crypto or fiat, a use case common in affiliate networks, gaming platforms, and content marketplaces.
Supported Networks and Tokens
The platform supports over twelve cryptocurrencies across more than ten blockchains, with compatibility claimed for over 410 wallets. On the Solana network specifically, Radom supports SOL, USDT, USDC, and BAT. Other supported assets include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Avalanche, and additional EVM-compatible tokens. Settlement defaults to USDC or other stablecoins, with broader asset flexibility available through the Convert product.
Transaction fees are set at 0.5%, and Radom cites processing times of under ten seconds for Solana and Avalanche transactions.
Target Industries
Radom documented customer focus is on four primary verticals: e-commerce merchants integrating crypto payments alongside card rails, SaaS companies running subscription billing, affiliate networks requiring high-volume cross-border payouts, and iGaming operators accepting deposits and processing withdrawals in crypto. The platform compliance infrastructure is built to serve regulated industries, with Radom Pay LLC incorporated in the Cook Islands as a regulated cryptoasset services provider maintaining AML and CFT requirements. Fiat-adjacent services are delivered through partnerships with licensed financial institutions.
Enterprise Integrations and Notable Clients
In August 2024, Radom launched a Crypto Payments Cartridge on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, becoming available through the Salesforce AppExchange. The integration allows Salesforce B2C Commerce merchants to add cryptocurrency checkout as a payment option without building a custom connector.
In June 2024, Radom launched a dedicated Crypto Donations Widget targeting non-profits and political organizations. Reform UK, described in Radom reporting as a major European political party, subsequently adopted the widget, with the company citing average donation sizes approaching $6,000.
Listed clients and partners include Brave, Polkadot, Avalanche, Raise, Magna, Zokyo, and Otonomos.
Developer Infrastructure
The platform exposes a RESTful API with full reference documentation, SDK support, and a testnet faucet for pre-production testing. Webhooks cover the primary transaction lifecycle events. Merchants can configure deposit minimums and choose between hosted and embedded integration paths depending on how much control they want over the customer experience.
Funding
Radom raised a $391,000 seed round in February 2024, approximately one year after founding. Institutional backers include Tykhe Block Ventures and Aureli Ventures.
Positioning
Radom competes with other crypto-native payment processors and positions itself on ease of integration, multi-chain breadth, and a combined treasury-and-payout workflow that reduces the number of third-party services a merchant needs to string together. User reviews on Capterra give the platform a 4.8 out of 5 overall rating across 22 reviews, with reviewers citing the intuitive dashboard, competitive fee structure, and response time from customer support as primary strengths. Some reviewers noted a desire for deeper integrations with mainstream e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
