Money Factory AI

Money Factory AI (MFAI) is a Solana-native venture engine that pairs builders with Zyno, a 24-agent AI system, to compress the full lifecycle of a Web3 project from initial concept through token launch and governance into a single guided platform. The platform addresses Web3 fragmentation: launching a project requires fifty-plus disconnected tools, funding through opaque channels taking six to twelve months, and managing audits, tokenomics, DAO infrastructure, and liquidity as separate workstreams. Zyno orchestrates 24 specialized agents divided into a core tier (Architect for system design, Engineer for smart-contract generation, CFO for tokenomics) and nine domain agents (onboarding, education, token config, NFT setup, DAO deployment, security, audit). Builders submit natural-language intents; Zyno routes tasks in parallel using a RAG knowledge base of Solana documentation, synthesizing results into validated UI blocks with GPT-5.1-class models and JSON Schema outputs. Sign-In With Solana JWT tokens handle authentication. Builder activity follows a six-phase Journey Protocol: Learn, Build, Prove, Activate, Scale, and Launch. In the Learn phase, builders earn MFAI tokens and Proof-of-Skill NFTs that grant governance voting weight. In Build and Prove, Zyno generates code, tokenomics models, whitepapers, and audit reports; the DAO votes on incubation grants. In Activate through Launch, projects deploy through Collaterize, a bonding curve mechanism providing instant liquidity that migrates to Raydium once the curve target is reached, with rug-pull protection via locked liquidity at migration. Two orchestration modes exist: AEPO for individual builders and AECO for group cohorts. Six pathways segment builder types: Cognitive Activation Hub (AI), Capital Foundry (DeFi), System Architect (infrastructure), Experience Studio (NFTs and gaming), Impact Engine (public goods), and Resilience Master (security). The MFAI token is a Solana SPL token with a one-billion hard cap, priced at 0.01 USD at TGE for a 10 million USD FDV. Distribution: 40 percent community rewards, 25 percent treasury, 15 percent team (one-year cliff, three-year vest), 10 percent private sale (eighteen-month vest), 10 percent public sale (liquid at launch). Staking tiers: Bronze at 1,000 tokens (basic voting, five percent discount), Silver at 10,000 (two times voting, fifteen percent discount, early deal access), Gold at 50,000-plus (five times voting, governance council seat, thirty percent discount, revenue sharing). Burn mechanisms remove 25 percent of Zyno Credit purchases and 10 percent of NFT minting fees; a buyback allocates 20 percent of launchpad success fees to open-market purchases. Governance uses Synaptic Governance weighting staked tokens (1:1), Proof-of-Skill NFTs (50x multiplier), and on-chain participation history (0.5x), requiring 60 percent approval with 10 percent quorum and a 48-hour execution timelock. Partnerships include T-Scop and Collaterize, with Raydium as the target DEX for post-bonding-curve migration. No third-party audit reports have been published. The roadmap targets a Public Alpha at Breakpoint Abu Dhabi in December 2025, with SaaS commercialization and the MFAI token event in H2 2026.
