LP Agent
AI-driven liquidity management bot that deploys, rebalances and closes positions on Solana-based pools.
LP Agent
LP Agent is an AI-powered liquidity management platform built for Solana that automates the complexity of DeFi liquidity provisioning from position analysis and entry to real-time monitoring, auto-rebalancing, and one-click exit.
Providing liquidity on decentralized exchanges is notoriously labor-intensive. Liquidity providers must continuously monitor price ranges, manage impermanent loss, reinvest earned fees, and exit positions at the right moment to protect profits. LP Agent addresses all of these pain points through an automation layer that combines on-chain data analysis with configurable risk controls.
Core Mechanism
LP Agent connects to supported DEX protocols and pulls real-time on-chain data to evaluate market conditions, pool performance, and wallet behavior. Its AI layer processes this data to generate personalized position recommendations calibrated to each user's stated risk tolerance. Users can deploy positions through LP Agent's zap-in functionality, which handles token swaps and liquidity deposits in a single transaction, and exit through a matching zap-out flow.
Once a position is live, LP Agent continuously monitors price ranges, fee accumulation, and impermanent loss exposure. When market conditions shift, the platform can automatically rebalance positions or alert users to adjust their strategy. Fee compounding is also automated, reinvesting earned fees back into liquidity positions to maximize yield.
Key Features
AI Position Suggestions: LP Agent's AI engine analyzes pool performance, historical fee yields, and current market conditions to recommend optimal price ranges and entry points. Suggestions are filtered through the user's configured risk profile, distinguishing between aggressive and conservative positioning strategies.
Copy LP: The platform's highest-profile feature allows users to mirror the on-chain LP activity of successful liquidity providers. LP Agent scans thousands of wallets and surfaces those with strong win rates, high fee APRs, and low impermanent loss exposure on a leaderboard. Users can select any wallet and enable one-click copying; LP Agent then automatically replicates that wallet's positions and adjustments in real time, settling copy trades on-chain in under five seconds.
Copy LP uses a delegated authority model: users fund a separate, dedicated wallet with only the capital they want to deploy for copying, keeping main funds isolated. Custom take-profit and stop-loss thresholds can be set independently of the source wallet's behavior. A user can exit a copied position at their own defined gain or loss level even if the source wallet continues to hold. Multiple wallets can be copied simultaneously with separate allocations.
Automated Position Management: Positions opened through LP Agent benefit from hands-free management including automatic rebalancing when price moves outside the defined range, automated fee collection, and reinvestment. Stop-loss and take-profit rules are configurable per position.
Analytics Dashboard: LP Agent tracks deep per-position data including realized fees, impermanent loss breakdown, net APR, and full historical performance for any wallet on any supported protocol. Pool leaderboards rank opportunities in real time by fee APY, net profit, volume, and IL risk.
Developer API and CLI: LP Agent publishes an open REST API with an OpenAPI specification for developers building custom LP bots or integrating LP analytics into their own tools. The API covers position management, pool discovery, pool statistics, zap-in and zap-out transaction generation, fee claiming, and a Solana JSON-RPC proxy. A Jito Block Engine integration is also available for MEV-aware transaction submission.
Referral Program: Users can earn commissions by referring other liquidity providers to the platform.
Supported Protocols and Assets
LP Agent's primary integration is with Meteora, one of Solana's largest Dynamic Liquidity Market Maker (DLMM) protocols, which offers pools optimized for both stable and volatile token pairs. Meteora's DLMM architecture concentrates liquidity within tight price ranges to maximize fee earnings, making active management tools like LP Agent particularly valuable.
Beyond Meteora, LP Agent also supports Orca, another leading Solana-based concentrated liquidity DEX, and Uniswap, extending its reach beyond the Solana ecosystem. The platform does not restrict supported assets to specific tokens. Any pool available on the supported protocols is accessible. Zap-in transactions accept SOL or USDC as the base input token.
Security
LP Agent uses Privy for wallet infrastructure, a widely adopted embedded wallet solution that handles private key management without requiring users to expose seed phrases. The delegated authority model for Copy LP is designed to minimize exposure: the dedicated copy wallet is funded separately, capping the capital at risk in the event of any failure and keeping it isolated from the user's primary holdings.
LP Agent is non-custodial and does not hold user funds directly, but the delegated wallet does carry signing authority for automated transactions, which users should factor into their risk assessment. No independent smart contract audit has been publicly documented as of this writing.
Team and Background
LP Agent launched in February 2025. The project maintains an active GitHub organization and has been under continuous development through mid-2026, with regular social updates and feature releases. The team has not publicly identified individual founders in available documentation. Recent activity shows the platform expanding its supported venues beyond Solana-native protocols, with commentary on Robinhood Crypto's emerging liquidity pools.
Fit Within the Solana Ecosystem
LP Agent sits at the intersection of two converging trends in Solana DeFi: the dominance of concentrated liquidity protocols like Meteora and Orca, and the emergence of AI-agent tooling for on-chain automation. Concentrated liquidity significantly increases capital efficiency but also demands active management. Price ranges drift out of range, impermanent loss accumulates, and the optimal pool and range shift constantly with market conditions. LP Agent abstracts this complexity for retail users while offering developer-grade API access for sophisticated builders.
The platform's open API positions it as infrastructure for a broader ecosystem of LP bots and automated strategies, not just an end-user application. Its compatibility with Meteora's DLMM pools aligns it with the most actively traded liquidity protocol on Solana, which regularly ranks among the highest in on-chain trading volume on the network. For liquidity providers who want to participate in Solana DeFi without managing positions manually, LP Agent provides a one-stop interface that combines strategy discovery, position automation, and performance analytics in a single platform.
