LINK Platform

LINK Platform provides FX and stablecoin payment infrastructure through unified APIs and dashboard, enabling businesses to on/off-ramp USDC and USDT via bank transfers and mobile money, access OTC liquidity for large transactions, process merchant payments, settle global payouts, and monitor balances with real-time exchange rates. The system supports multiple blockchain networks including Stellar, Polygon, Solana and Base, while handling compliance, routing, and team permission controls through widget and API implementations.

About

LINK

LINK is a real-time FX and stablecoin payment infrastructure platform that collapses fragmented cross-border payment rails into a single API, giving fintechs, neobanks, PSPs, and multinational enterprises access to 400+ currency pairs, local payout disbursement, and African stablecoin issuance — with Solana serving as one of its core settlement chains.

The Problem

Sending money across African corridors and between emerging and developed markets has historically meant losing significant value to exchange rate spreads, multi-tier pricing, and fragmented local rails. LINK's founders — CEO Emmanuel Evarist and his co-founders — experienced this directly while studying in Nigeria, where cross-border payments between Nigeria and Europe or the US consumed close to half the transferred value. The problem was not consumer apps: it was the infrastructure underneath them. Banks and fintechs lacked a single access point for real-time FX, stablecoin settlement, and local payout execution across frontier market corridors.

Core Mechanism

LINK abstracts the complexity of cross-border FX — custody, compliance, routing, liquidity sourcing — into a unified RESTful API. Businesses integrate once and gain access to real-time FX rates, multi-currency conversion and settlement, local payment disbursement (bank transfers, mobile money, e-wallets), and stablecoin rails. The platform routes transactions through the appropriate settlement channel depending on the market: stablecoin wallets or bank accounts, whichever fits the recipient and corridor.

The engine is built around two primary flows. The first is stablecoin on/off-ramps — converting between local bank transfers and stablecoins, primarily USDC and USDT. The second is multi-market payouts, routing cross-currency settlements across 400+ pairs to wallets or bank accounts in a single API call. Businesses building remittance services, crypto-to-fiat checkouts, stablecoin wallets, or global payroll platforms can use pre-built Static Payment Templates to reduce integration time, or compose their own flows from the full API surface.

Key Products

LINK API Integration is the developer-facing core product: a REST API for multi-currency automation that lets fintechs, neobanks, and PSPs build FX and payout products without managing individual bank relationships in each corridor.

LINK Business is a treasury dashboard for enterprises to manage multi-currency balances, monitor FX flows, execute OTC trades at volume, and access a savings yield product.

NGNC (NGN Coin) is LINK's own Nigerian Naira stablecoin. Pegged 1:1 to the NGN, NGNC is fully backed by fiat with published monthly attestations and quarterly reserve statements. Approximately 108.7 million NGNC tokens are in circulation. NGNC is live natively on Stellar as a native asset, and as ERC-20 or SPL tokens on Polygon, Avalanche, Solana, and Base. On Solana, NGNC functions as an SPL token, enabling DeFi access including DEX swaps on Soroswap and liquidity pool participation on DFX Finance, where over 15,000 USD in yields has been distributed to NGNC liquidity providers. LINK markets NGNC as the largest African high-yield bearing stablecoin, with APRs from DeFi deployment cited as high as 300%.

WAVY is a stablecoin FX liquidity product for institutions seeking on-chain FX settlement and liquidity access at scale, framed around the multi-trillion-dollar global FX market opportunity.

Checkout by LINK enables merchants to accept stablecoin payments while recipients receive local currency payouts, removing the need for counterparties to hold or manage wallets.

Virtual Accounts (in development) will accept payments in 16 currencies and auto-convert to USDC or USDT on the receiving side.

Supported Assets and Networks

LINK supports USDC, USDT, NGNC, USDM (Mountain Protocol), and USDY (Ondo Finance) on the stablecoin side, alongside 400+ fiat currency pairs covering major emerging markets including NGN, KES, ZAR, BRL, MXN, IDR, AOA, ETB, and EGP. Active fiat corridors include live rate feeds for pairs like BRL/USD, KES/USD, and ZAR/USD. Blockchain support spans Stellar, Polygon, Solana, Base, and Avalanche, with XRPL integration planned.

Regulatory Standing

LINK holds FINTRAC Money Services Business registration in Canada (MSB ID: N300000211) and licenses from additional prudential authorities in other jurisdictions. NGNC reserves are backed 100% by fiat with public monthly attestations and quarterly reserve statements. No smart contract audit reports are documented in public-facing materials.

Team and Background

CEO Emmanuel Evarist is a computer engineer who built LINK around the infrastructure gap he observed firsthand in Nigerian cross-border payments. The company operates internationally, with CTO speaking appearances at the Stellar Blockchain Builders Meetup in Lagos.

Ecosystem Recognition and Partnerships

LINK has built a dense partner and accelerator track record. On the stablecoin infrastructure side, LINK is a Circle Strategic Alliance Program member and 2025 USDC Grant recipient. It is listed in Tether's official payment infrastructure directory and has deepened a liquidity partnership with DFX Finance to enable on-chain FX settlement at scale. Additional integrations include C14 for fiat-to-crypto onboarding and PocketPay for emerging market ramps.

On the program side, LINK has been recognized by a wide range of ecosystem actors: Solana SpringX accelerator cohort, XRPL Launch Accelerator Cohort 5 (Ripple and DIFC Innovation Hub), Stellar Community Fund Round 10 winner, Base Batch 001 Europe track winner, featured on Archetype's 2025 Onchain Payments Landscape map, and selected for the TOKEN2049 NEXUS Startup Competition finals and DappCon25 VC Day.

Solana Ecosystem Fit

LINK's connection to Solana is operational rather than nominal. NGNC exists as a native SPL token on Solana, making Naira-denominated liquidity accessible to Solana-based DeFi applications. The Solana SpringX accelerator cohort placed LINK inside the Solana builder ecosystem early. For Solana-native applications targeting Africa or other frontier markets — remittance platforms, neobanks, payroll services, stablecoin wallets — LINK provides the fiat on/off-ramp and FX routing layer that connects onchain stablecoin flows to local bank accounts and mobile wallets across 50+ countries.

Stellar remains LINK's longest-established chain, where it operates as an anchor with SEP-6 and SEP-24 protocol support. Solana provides the DeFi-connected layer for NGNC yield strategies and is explicitly supported for USDC settlement, positioning LINK at the intersection of on-chain liquidity and real-world fiat corridors across emerging markets.
