LINK Platform
LINK Platform provides FX and stablecoin payment infrastructure through unified APIs and dashboard, enabling businesses to on/off-ramp USDC and USDT via bank transfers and mobile money, access OTC liquidity for large transactions, process merchant payments, settle global payouts, and monitor balances with real-time exchange rates. The system supports multiple blockchain networks including Stellar, Polygon, Solana and Base, while handling compliance, routing, and team permission controls through widget and API implementations.
Linkio API
A developer API enabling cryptocurrency payment integration into applications and websites, providing endpoints for payment link generation, transaction processing, and wallet management across multiple blockchain networks.
Linkio Treasury
A treasury management platform providing tools for organizations to manage cryptocurrency holdings, track balances, and execute payments across multiple blockchain networks with real-time monitoring and reporting capabilities.

LINK
LINK is a B2B fintech infrastructure platform that provides foreign exchange and cross-border payment rails for banks, neobanks, payment service providers, and multinational enterprises. Its core premise is that real-time FX settlement across emerging markets should be accessible through a single, developer-friendly API rather than fragmented local integrations. The platform spans more than 80 countries and supports over 400 currency pairs, with geographic focus on Africa, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, North America, and Europe.
Core Products
LINK organizes its offering into four principal products.
LINK Business is the treasury dashboard through which businesses manage multi-currency balances, trigger FX conversions, and monitor cross-border payment flows in real time. It targets treasury teams and finance operations staff who need a single control plane for global liquidity.
LINK API is the developer integration layer. It exposes endpoints for automating multi-currency payment flows, generating static payment templates, and routing settlements to stablecoin wallets or traditional bank accounts. Virtual account functionality — supporting EUR, USD, NGN, BRL, MXN, SGD, and additional currencies with automatic conversion to USDC or USDT — is in active development. The API is designed to scale with volume, positioning LINK as the settlement backbone rather than a consumer-facing application.
Checkout by LINK allows end-customers to pay in stablecoins while the merchant receives a payout denominated in local fiat currency. Announced publicly at Meridian 2024, the product removes the need for recipients to manage crypto wallets or handle stablecoin conversion themselves.
WAVY is LINK's over-the-counter FX liquidity desk. It provides access to deep OTC liquidity with transparent pricing, targeting high-volume transactions where timing and size make exchange rates critical. LINK has also paid over $15,000 to DFX Finance liquidity providers through the integration of WAVY with that protocol's orderbooks.
NGNC: The Nigerian Naira Stablecoin
A distinguishing product within the LINK ecosystem is NGNC, a fully reserved stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the Nigerian Naira. NGNC is backed by 100% cash reserves, with quarterly attestations published through a transparency portal. As of available data, approximately 108.6 million NGNC tokens are in circulation.
NGNC operates across five blockchains: Stellar (where it originated as a native asset), Polygon, Avalanche, Solana (as an SPL token), and Base. Compatible wallets include Lobstr, Phantom, Coinbase Wallet, MetaMask, and Exodus. The stablecoin is listed on DeFi protocols including Soroswap and DFX Finance, giving it liquidity in USDC/NGNC orderbooks and access to yield-bearing positions. LINK has positioned NGNC as a savings and payments instrument for the Nigerian market, with savings APRs that can reach up to 300% through integrated DeFi staking.
LINK's on-ramp for NGNC allows Nigerian retail users to purchase tokens directly via local bank transfer. Businesses can mint NGNC directly through the LINK Business dashboard, and developers can integrate minting through the API.
Blockchain Infrastructure and Solana Integration
LINK treats blockchain networks as settlement rails rather than an end product. The platform currently supports Stellar, Polygon, Solana, and Base, with XRPL integration disclosed as forthcoming. Supported stablecoins include USDC, USDT, EURC, BRLA, NGNC, PHPC, CADC, and ZARP, reflecting a deliberate emphasis on currency-specific stablecoins that represent real-world FX exposure rather than USD proxies alone.
Settlement times vary depending on the payment rail, currency corridor, and banking partners involved, ranging from a few seconds for on-chain paths to one to two business days for corridors that rely on traditional banking infrastructure. Built-in KYB and AML compliance tooling is embedded into the platform, allowing payment service providers to use LINK without separately sourcing regulatory compliance layers.
On Solana, NGNC operates as an SPL token, and LINK participates in the broader Solana payments ecosystem. The project hosted its first in-person watch party for Solana ecosystem events in 2024, and its CTO spoke at a Stellar meetup in Lagos, Nigeria, illustrating its community presence across chains it integrates.
Partnerships and Ecosystem Recognition
LINK has accumulated a significant number of institutional partnerships and accelerator selections in 2024 and 2025.
Circle selected LINK as part of the fourth cohort of its USDC Developer Grant Program, which Circle described as its highest-quality cohort yet. LINK was one of five African projects selected in that round — described as "Africa's strongest showing yet" in the program. Grants in the cohort ranged from $5,000 to $100,000 in USDC, with support including product guidance, compliance assistance, technical training, and co-marketing. LINK has also joined the Circle Alliance Program as a member.
Tether added LINK to its payment infrastructure directory, listing it as a verified partner for stablecoin payment rails.
In a notable DeFi collaboration, LINK and DFX Finance strengthened a strategic partnership to enable onchain FX at scale, characterizing the addressable opportunity as $6 trillion in global FX flows moving onchain with stablecoin liquidity and real-time settlement.
On the competition and accelerator circuit, LINK was selected for the XRPL Launch Accelerator Cohort 5 run by Ripple and DIFC; named a Showcase Track Winner on Base Batch 001 for Europe; reached the finals of the TOKEN2049 NEXUS Startup Competition; was selected for the Web Summit 2024 PITCH program; and was chosen to pitch at DAppCon25 VC Day in Berlin. The project also appeared in Hashed Emergent's 2025 Web3 Landscape Report and Archetype's 2025 onchain payments landscape map.
Other confirmed integrations include Etherfuse (stablebonds with direct fiat purchase), Mountain Protocol (direct fiat deposits for USDM), Ondo Finance (direct fiat deposits for USDY), and C14 (crypto onboarding). A partnership with PocketPay extends LINK's ramp coverage deeper into emerging markets.
Target Customers and Business Model
LINK's primary customers are businesses rather than retail end-users: fintechs seeking multi-currency rails for global expansion, multinational companies managing supplier payments and customer collections across currency zones, and treasury teams that need to automate FX management. The platform competes in the B2B payment infrastructure segment alongside traditional FX brokers and correspondent banking networks, differentiating on stablecoin settlement speed, transparent pricing, and blockchain-native composability.
The project's Africa-first dimension is most visible through NGNC and its Lagos community presence, but the platform's geographic ambition is explicitly global, with product releases in Brazil and multi-region coverage across Latin America and Asia-Pacific already live.
