Jocc

Jocc is a no-code creation platform on Solana that lets anyone mint NFT collections and deploy SPL tokens without writing a line of code. The platform targets digital artists, project founders, and token issuers who want a self-serve path onto Solana without engaging a developer. It operates through a custom on-chain program deployed to Solana Mainnet (program address JoccK5zEaqtCqpfUmAtqmFTNJ35sk1z4D5a47yBJDAT) and stores collection metadata on IPFS for decentralized persistence.

NFT Collection Creation

Jocc's core NFT tool lets creators build collections of up to 12 distinct images per launch. After connecting a compatible Solana wallet — Phantom, Solflare, or similar — a creator uploads artwork, configures per-token attributes and metadata, sets a mint price, applies royalty percentages, and fixes a total supply. Once deployed, the collection opens to public minting: anyone holding a Solana wallet can mint from the live collection page without additional action from the original creator. Metadata is pinned to IPFS so the asset descriptions and images remain accessible independent of the jocc.io domain.

The collection creation fee is 0.025 SOL, paid at deployment to the Jocc program. This covers program interaction costs and Jocc's service fee; standard Solana transaction fees apply on top. Collections created through Jocc are formatted for compatibility with the two dominant Solana NFT marketplaces, MagicEden and Tensor, meaning minted assets can be listed and traded without additional wrapping or migration steps.

SPL Token Launch

Alongside NFTs, Jocc offers an SPL token generator. A user supplies a token name, symbol, decimal precision, initial supply, and metadata fields, then deploys through the same wallet-connected interface. The resulting token conforms to the Solana Program Library token standard, making it natively tradeable on any Solana DEX or aggregator that supports SPL tokens. Token creation carries a 0.01 SOL fee.

The token tool is aimed at project teams that want a functional SPL token on mainnet quickly — for community use, governance, or any other purpose — without commissioning a custom program deployment.

Technical Foundation

The platform's frontend is built in React and TypeScript and connects to Solana through standard wallet-adapter libraries. Metadata is stored on IPFS rather than on centralised servers, meaning token and collection data persists even if the Jocc web application is unavailable. The Jocc program handles fee collection and enforces the minting rules configured at collection creation; the creator does not retain admin keys over individual mints once the collection is live.

The open minting model separates Jocc from tools where the creator controls each individual mint. Once a collection is deployed, any wallet can interact with the program directly, with or without the Jocc frontend, as long as the program remains on-chain.

Solana Fit

Jocc relies on Solana's low-cost, high-throughput environment to make individual NFT mints and token deployments economically viable at small scale. A creator launching a 500-piece collection on Ethereum would face prohibitive gas costs per mint for buyers; on Solana, per-transaction fees are a fraction of a cent, which is what makes an open-minting model for small collections practical. The choice to use IPFS for metadata aligns with common Solana NFT conventions established by Metaplex, ensuring Jocc-issued assets behave consistently with the broader ecosystem tooling that indexes and displays Solana collections.

Current Status

As of July 2026, jocc.io is displaying a maintenance page stating the team is making improvements and expects to return shortly. The site's last Wayback Machine capture showing the full platform (January 2026) recorded zero collections and zero NFTs minted in the displayed statistics counter; independent third-party coverage of the platform is limited. The project maintains social accounts at @joccspl and @joccnft on X and a Discord server, though neither showed recent activity at the time of writing. The mainnet program remains deployed. Prospective users should verify the platform's operational status directly before attempting to use it.
