Cyberscope
Cyberscope is a Web3 security company founded in 2023 and incorporated in the Cayman Islands that provides smart contract auditing, identity verification, and compliance services across more than 14 blockchain networks. Operating under the TAC Security umbrella, Cyberscope has completed over 3,400 smart contract audits and secured more than 2 billion dollars in digital assets for more than 3,000 clients.
Core Services
Smart contract auditing sits at the center of Cyberscope's offering. The firm performs line-by-line manual code reviews combined with automated vulnerability scanning to surface issues ranging from reentrancy flaws and access control gaps to business logic errors before they reach production. Audits cover a broad range of chains including Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, zkSync, and Cosmos, with support for contracts written in Solidity, Rust, and Move. Completed audits carry a certificate recognized by major launchpads including PinkSale, Unicrypt, and DxSale, giving audited projects a verifiable trust signal for investors and exchanges.
Beyond auditing, Cyberscope runs a KYC identity verification service for project teams. The process validates the identities of core team members and issues a certificate that projects can display publicly. More than 500 KYC verifications have been completed to date. The firm also offers penetration testing for web applications and smart contracts, real-time on-chain monitoring, formal verification using mathematical proofs, and MiCA compliance reviews for crypto projects operating under European Union regulations.
Proprietary Tools
Cyberscope has developed four proprietary tools that underpin its service delivery.
Cyberscan AI is an AI-powered smart contract scanner launched in May 2026. It combines AST-level code analysis with a database of more than 150,000 real-world vulnerabilities and an AI-driven validation engine that distinguishes genuine risks from false positives. The tool is free for early-stage developers and is designed to accelerate the pre-audit preparation phase by catching critical issues before a formal review begins. Its validation-led model helps teams prioritize which vulnerabilities require immediate action versus which are theoretical edge cases that can be addressed later.
Safescan is an AML and KYC screening tool for analyzing wallet addresses and transaction histories, supporting compliance workflows for both projects and institutional clients.
Similarityscan detects code and address similarity, useful for identifying forked or cloned contract code that may carry inherited vulnerabilities from the original source.
Signaturescan is a lookup tool for Ethereum function, event, and error signatures, supporting debugging and contract analysis workflows.
These tools power both Cyberscope's internal workflows and a self-service scanner at sca.cyberscope.io, extending the platform's reach to developers who need rapid assessments without initiating a full audit engagement.
Solana-Specific Focus
In December 2025, Cyberscope became the first smart contract auditing firm listed on the official Solana ecosystem directory. The listing formalized professional security infrastructure on the network at a moment of rapid DeFi, NFT, and gaming expansion, and followed Cyberscope's earlier integrations with Binance and Polygon, representing its third major blockchain ecosystem partnership in under three weeks.
Cyberscope's Solana audit methodology addresses the specific characteristics of Solana's programming model, including SPL token security, the native Token Program and Token-2022 standard extensions such as TransferFeeConfig and MetadataPointer, authority and upgrade key management, and Solana's distinct account ownership patterns. The firm audits Solana projects across DeFi protocols, NFT collections, DAOs, GameFi applications, launchpads, infrastructure providers, and token issuers.
Recognition and High-Profile Work
Cyberscope audited a high-profile meme token smart contract in September 2025, one of the most closely watched contract launches of that period. The firm holds Forbes Technology Council membership and has received Globee Awards recognition in the cybersecurity category. Its audit certificates are accepted by CoinMarketCap, PinkSale, and Unicrypt as preconditions for listing, making Cyberscope's certification directly relevant to projects seeking exchange listings and investor trust.
The company also maintains coinscope.co, a project discovery platform with over 500,000 monthly visitors, which surfaces audited projects to a broader investor audience as part of its post-audit marketing support.
Business Trajectory
Cyberscope filed confidentially for a 17 million dollar IPO on the Nasdaq in August 2025, with the public announcement following in December 2025. The filing reported 1 million dollars in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2025, positioning Cyberscope as a potential first publicly traded pure-play Web3 security company. Maxim Group LLC serves as bookrunner.
In early 2026, Cyberscope extended its ecosystem reach to the TON network, continuing a pattern of multi-chain expansion. As of mid-2026, the firm employs more than 10 security experts and remains active across product development, client audits, and security education content.
