Tri Sigma (3σ)

Tri Sigma, also written 3σ or Trisigma, is a Solana AI agent project. It is not the Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority, which shares the nickname. It launched in November 2024 with the TRISIG token. Its AI posted market commentary on X and answered token questions in Telegram groups.

The name comes from statistics: a three-sigma event is a rare outlier, and the pitch was spotting market moves early. In January 2026 the team swapped TRISIG to a new token contract and relaunched as a signal dashboard built on social-media data.

As of October 2026 the project looks inactive. Its X account has not posted since 16 February 2026. Its web app returns an error instead of loading. Both the old and new TRISIG tokens trade only thinly.

Is Tri Sigma dead? Status in October 2026

Tri Sigma appears inactive, though the team has not announced a shutdown. The evidence, checked on 19 October 2026:

• X is silent. The last post on @tri_sigma_ is from 16 February 2026. That post promised a "TrySigma Monthly Intelligence Report"; we found no sign that it was published.
• The app is down. trisigma.ai redirects to app.trisigma.ai, which returns HTTP 402 (Payment Required) rather than the dashboard.
• Telegram is quiet. The public portal channel shows only bot verification messages.
• The token barely trades. Tracked volume on both TRISIG contracts is close to zero. The token widget on this page shows live figures.

This is the project's second quiet spell. It went quiet once before, between August and December 2025, then came back with the migration. A third return is possible, but nothing public points to one.

What the Tri Sigma AI agent did

Tri Sigma ran as an AI persona on X from late 2024. It posted short notes on token launches, whale wallet moves, exchange listings and sector trends. Some of its notes covered Solana tokens, and others covered projects on different chains. Several posts flagged red signs in new tokens, such as clusters of fresh wallets holding large shares of supply.

In April 2025 the same AI moved into Telegram as two bots, @trisigma_ai_bot and @trisig_bot. The project said in an April 2025 post on X that users could add them to a group, mention a ticker or contract address, and get back fundamentals, smart-money wallets and security flags. A May 2025 update made the bots reply only when mentioned, after users asked for less noise.

Trisigma signal dashboard (January 2026 relaunch)

The relaunched product, announced as "officially LIVE" on 21 January 2026, was a signal dashboard at trisigma.ai. The team said it read chat in Telegram, Discord, Reddit and TikTok. The idea was to spot a token people were starting to talk about, before its price moved.

Its posts claimed some early calls. One said it flagged SKR two weeks before a 326% rise. These are the project's own claims, and no one has checked them. The dashboard went offline at some point after February 2026.

TRISIG token migration: old and new contract address

TRISIG first launched on Pump.fun. Its Raydium RAY$1.83-1.7% pool opened on 21 November 2024, per DexScreener. In December 2025 the team said it would move to a standard Solana token contract. It called this part of a rebrand.

The swap ran for one week through the Migrate.fun app, closing on 13 January 2026. Holders swapped old TRISIG one for one. They got a temporary receipt token first, then claimed the new TRISIG once the window shut. The project then called the old contract "officially DEAD" and told people not to buy it.

CoinMarketCap lists the new address and marks the old one as migrated. Supply is just under 1 billion TRISIG. The old token still has a Raydium pool, so people can still buy it, even though the project has disowned it. We found no public way to swap late.

Who Tri Sigma was for

Tri Sigma was built for active memecoin and small-cap traders who wanted quick token checks inside Telegram or X. It did not offer custody, trading or yield. Users only read its outputs, so using it never put funds at risk.

Today it suits nobody as a working tool, because the app is offline. The page is mainly useful to people holding old TRISIG, to anyone checking which contract is current, and to researchers of the 2024-25 AI agent token wave.

Tri Sigma risks: what to know before buying TRISIG

• Inactive team. No posts since February 2026 and an offline app suggest no one is working on the product or the token.
• Wrong-contract risk. The old Pump.fun token still trades. Buyers who use it hold a token the team calls dead.
• Thin markets. With little volume on either contract, a modest trade can move the price sharply, and selling may be hard.
• No audit or programs. Tri Sigma never published an audit or listed on-chain programs. TRISIG is a plain token, and its value rested only on the AI service, which is now down.
• Unverified performance. The signal calls were published by the project itself, with no independent track record.

Tri Sigma team and history

The project did not publish a full team page. In December 2024 the Tri Sigma account welcomed @MaorCohenD to "the mission". He has since posted about its data infrastructure, but we could not confirm his exact role.

• November 2024: TRISIG launches on Pump.fun and gets a Raydium pool on 21 November.
• December 2024-January 2025: the AI posts daily market commentary on X. TRISIG hits its all-time high of about $0.094 on 1 January 2025, per CoinGecko, near the top of the AI agent token boom. MEXC also opens a TRISIG/USDT market.
• April-May 2025: Telegram bots launch, then get upgraded.
• June-August 2025: project-analysis posts continue, then stop at the end of August.
• December 2025: rebrand and token migration announced.
• 6-13 January 2026: migration through Migrate.fun; new TRISIG contract goes live.
• 21 January 2026: signal dashboard relaunches.
• 16 February 2026: last X post.
