ChainGPT

ChainGPT is a full-stack AI ecosystem built for Web3, providing developers, traders, creators, and businesses with AI-powered tools that operate natively within the blockchain environment. Founded in 2022 by Ilan Rakhmanov, the platform has grown from a Web3 AI chatbot into a multi-product infrastructure layer serving more than 550,000 monthly active users across BNB Chain, Ethereum, and — as of May 2025 — Solana.

The Problem

The crypto and blockchain space presents challenges that general-purpose AI tools are poorly positioned to address. Users lack reliable, real-time sources of on-chain knowledge. Developers writing Solidity smart contracts face security risks without accessible audit tooling. NFT creators encounter high friction in generating and deploying digital assets. Traders struggle to distill actionable signals from thousands of tokens. Beneath all of this sits a deeper structural problem: AI is dominated by centralized cloud providers, meaning access is costly, operations are opaque, and infrastructure remains siloed.

ChainGPT addresses both layers — the user-facing tooling gaps and the underlying AI infrastructure problem.

Core Products

The platform consists of approximately ten specialized AI tools:

Web3 AI Chatbot: Trained on crypto and blockchain data with real-time on-chain access, enabling natural language queries about wallets, markets, and protocols. The chatbot is available via web, Telegram, and Discord.

Smart Contract Generator: Uses ChainGPT's proprietary Solidity LLM — open-sourced in collaboration with Alibaba Cloud, with GPU infrastructure support from Alibaba for the AIVM network — to produce smart contracts without requiring coding expertise.

Smart Contract Auditor: Evaluates Solidity code against a training corpus of historical audit data, common vulnerabilities, and past exploits. An API and SDK version is available for B2B integration.

AI NFT Generator: Creates NFT art from text prompts, supports single NFTs and full collections, and enables one-click minting. On Solana, collections can be listed directly on MagicEden within the same interface.

AI Trading Assistant: Performs technical analysis across more than 5,000 crypto tokens and delivers automated alerts.

AI-Generated News Feed: Aggregates and summarizes breaking crypto news from major outlets on a rolling 60-minute cycle, powered by the Nova AI Agent.

CryptoGuard: A browser extension providing real-time protection against phishing attempts and malicious smart contracts.

Crypto Compliance Assistant: Trained on regulations across more than 100 jurisdictions.

AgenticOS: A framework for deploying AI agents on platforms including X (formerly Twitter), with the ChainGPT AI Agent and Nova AI Agent operating as live public instances.

ChainGPT Pad and DegenPad: Launchpad platforms for token generation events and IDOs, now supporting Solana-based launches.

Developers can integrate any of these capabilities via a unified API and SDK. API credits are priced at $0.01 each.

AIVM: The AI Virtual Machine

ChainGPT's most technically ambitious project is the AIVM, a Layer-1 blockchain built on the Cosmos SDK and purpose-engineered for decentralized AI operations. The AIVM targets four structural failures of centralized AI: restricted access, opaque operations, prohibitive costs, and fragmentation.

The chain employs dual-path execution: simple models run fully on-chain (the Direct State Model) for maximum verifiability, while complex workloads execute off-chain with cryptographic proofs (the Parametric Execution Model). Instead of generic validators, the AIVM uses domain-specific validators — Core Validators for consensus, AI Validators for model execution integrity, Compute Validators for resource matching, and Data Validators for access control. Four specialized modules govern the lifecycle of AI models, compute resources, datasets, and registry mappings.

The AIVM testnet is targeted for 2025, with a public mainnet launch planned for 2026.

The CGPT Token

CGPT is ChainGPT's native utility and governance token, deployed on BNB Chain (BEP-20), Ethereum (ERC-20), and Solana (SPL). Total supply is fixed at one billion tokens. The distribution allocates 20% to liquidity, 11.4% to Private A investors, 9% each to the team, public sale, marketing, and DAO treasury, with the remainder spread across advisory, KOLs, farming, and reserves. Team and advisory allocations carry multi-year vesting, extending the unlock schedule to 2028.

The token has a deflationary fee structure: 50% of all platform operational fees are burned, 25% flows to the DAO treasury, and 25% to ChainGPT's operational vault. Token holders can stake for tiered launchpad access and staking rewards, participate in DAO governance, and pay for API credits. CGPT trades on Binance, Bybit, Gate, KuCoin, Raydium, and other exchanges. In June 2026, ChainGPT launched an upgraded v2 staking system.

Security and Audits

ChainGPT has undergone independent security reviews from two firms. Hacken conducted an ERC-20 contract audit in April 2023, finding zero critical, high, or medium severity issues and two low-severity findings. CertiK audited the project through its Skynet platform, awarding a score of 93 out of 100 and placing ChainGPT in the top 5% of all projects indexed by CertiK on security. A bug bounty program is maintained through CertiK with rewards ranging from $100 to $5,000 per validated vulnerability.

Team and Backing

The project was founded by Ilan Rakhmanov, who serves as CEO. The broader leadership team includes Ariel Asafov (COO), Sharon Sciammas (CMO), and Gintare Kairyte (ChainGPT Pad CEO). ChainGPT has received institutional recognition including a $100,000 grant from NVIDIA, $1 million in AWS credits, and a $350,000 grant from Google Cloud. The project also holds a partnership with Alibaba Cloud for GPU infrastructure support for the AIVM network.

Solana Integration

ChainGPT expanded to Solana in May 2025, deploying the CGPT token natively as an SPL asset and listing it for trading on Raydium beginning May 28, 2025. The Solana rollout includes integrations with Metaplex for NFT standards, MagicEden for marketplace listing, and LayerZero and Stargate for cross-chain interoperability between EVM chains and Solana.

The full ChainGPT AI suite — including the Web3 AI Chatbot, AI NFT Generator, and ChainGPT Pad for Solana token launches — is being deployed to serve Solana's user base. The platform also integrates Chainlink CCIP across Ethereum and Polygon for additional cross-chain functionality. The AIVM, built on Cosmos SDK, is designed with chain-agnostic infrastructure at the base layer, with Solana-native asset support already integrated into the token layer.
