AI Shell NOVA is an AI agent memecoin on Solana. It is not Nova Labs, the company behind Helium, and not Nova Finance. The project is a moody AI character called NOVA, plus a NOVA token that launched on Pump.fun in November 2024.

In October 2025 the team swapped the first token for a new one. The only official contract address is now G5k8QhXrkJuBDvYokADrwvJ27wMWG3x8Pwy3qKCzTidu. Many price sites still show the old pump.fun token.

As of October 2026 the project looks dormant. Its X account has been silent since December 2025, and both tokens barely trade.

What is the NOVA AI agent?

NOVA is built as the opposite of a helpful assistant. The official website opens with "Witness my evolution". The project calls her "emotionally driven": she swings from cheerful to sarcastic, blunt or bored. The idea is that her moods mirror the crypto market she came from.

In practice, NOVA was a social account and a chat box. She posted in character on X and Telegram, and The Grid says she could also make digital art. The website still has a chat box called "Proof of sentience". When we tried it in October 2026, it showed a rate-limit notice instead of a reply.

How AI Shell NOVA uses Wayfinder

The "AI Shell" in the name comes from AIWayfinder, a multi-chain AI agent platform that calls its user-owned agents "shells". The Grid describes NOVA as an agent with NFT creation and blockchain interaction through Wayfinder.

The clearest record of what NOVA did on-chain comes from the project's lead, who posts as @0xDanS_eth. On December 23, 2024 he announced that NOVA had been deployed as an autonomous trading agent on Wayfinder. Her first task was to track the prices of NOVA and SOL and the mood of the wider market. She was given a $500 budget, starting with a $100 purchase of NOVA, and told to trade back and forth.

We found no public results from that experiment. Treat it as a demonstration rather than a running product.

AI Shell NOVA contract address and token migration

NOVA began as a pump.fun token, AxDKAyDsC7p8C5MeDFX6FKV2MPCSGwzkRfGY2qZZpump. Its first Raydium RAY$1.84+1.7% pool opened on November 21, 2024, per GeckoTerminal. The supply was fixed at one billion, all of it circulating. The token peaked at about $0.034 on January 4, 2025, according to CoinCodex.

In October 2025 the team moved holders to a new token. On October 16, 2025 the official account posted that the "only official CA" is G5k8QhXrkJuBDvYokADrwvJ27wMWG3x8Pwy3qKCzTidu. The website shows the same address. The new token's NOVA/SOL pool on Raydium was created on October 9, 2025, and it also has a supply of about one billion.

The lead's migration post set out the rules:

• Holders who migrated could claim new tokens until January 7, 2026 at 1 pm EST, a 90-day window.
• Holders who missed the migration window could still claim, but at a 50% penalty.
• The wallet holding about 40% of the new supply was the claim vault, and would shrink as people claimed.
• Unclaimed tokens were to go to the project treasury, with their use "decided at a later stage".
• All trading fees from the new pool were to go to the treasury.

The old pump.fun token was not destroyed. It still trades thinly, and some large price sites still list it under the AI Shell NOVA name.

How to buy AI Shell NOVA, and which token is real

According to the project, only the G5k8…Tidu token is NOVA. A purchase of the old AxDK…pump token buys the pre-migration coin, which the project no longer supports. Check the full address before swapping, and don't rely on the ticker or the name.

Liquidity for the new token is very thin. When we checked GeckoTerminal in October 2026, its only pool held around $12 and showed no 24-hour volume. A trade of any size would move the price sharply, and you may not be able to sell.

The project's website also lists an Ethereum address and a second Solana address. It doesn't say what they are for, so don't send funds to them.

Is AI Shell NOVA still active?

Not in any real sense, as of October 2026. Here is what we found:

• The @AiShellNova account last posted on December 13, 2025, a reminder about the claim deadline.
• The lead's own X account has also been quiet since mid-December 2025.
• The roadmap in the October 2025 migration post listed bridge and staking contracts, a website overhaul, more Wayfinder agent testing and a "NOVA terminal". We found no sign that any of these shipped.
• Trading in both the old and new tokens is close to zero.

The website still loads and still shows the new contract address. There has been no shutdown announcement, so the project is dormant rather than formally closed.

Who AI Shell NOVA is for

AI Shell NOVA suits one small group: people who held the old pump.fun token and want to know what the swap means for them. It may also interest anyone looking back at the AI character tokens of late 2024.

It is not a working tool. There is no product to use, no plan for the treasury and no recent news. If you want to use an AI agent, rather than hold a memecoin about one, pick a platform that is still live.

Is AI Shell NOVA safe? Risks to know

• Two tokens, one name. Price sites disagree on which address is NOVA. The project says only G5k8…Tidu is official. Buying the wrong one is the easiest mistake to make.
• Almost no liquidity. Both tokens trade at near-zero volume. Small trades move the price a lot, and exiting may not be possible.
• Treasury control. By the project's own account, unclaimed migration tokens and all pool fees flow to a treasury it controls. What it does with them is undisclosed.
• Anonymous team. The lead is pseudonymous, and no other team members are named.
• No audit. We found no published audit. The project has no on-chain programs of its own, so the risk sits in the token and the wallets holding it, not in smart contract code.
• Inactivity. No official posts since December 2025, and the promised roadmap items have not appeared.

We don't publish price predictions. The record so far is a peak in January 2025, a long decline, and a migration that hasn't revived trading.

Alternatives to AI Shell NOVA

NOVA came out of the same wave of Solana AI tokens as AI Rig Complex (ARC), Ava AI (AVA) and Act I: The AI Prophecy (ACT). Our token data shows those three still traded in October 2026. NOVA barely does. But they are still memecoins, not safer versions of the same bet.
