DEXTools

DEXTools is a multi-chain DEX analytics platform that provides real-time price data, token security analysis, trade history, and DEX aggregation for traders active on decentralized exchanges. Founded in June 2020 by Javier Palomino Fernández (CEO) and Frederic Fernandez (CMO) in Asturias, Spain, DEXTools is widely used by retail DeFi traders for token research and trade monitoring. Solana is supported through integration with Raydium, Jupiter, and Phoenix.

Core Features

Pair Explorer: The central product. For any trading pair on any supported DEX, Pair Explorer shows real-time price action, volume, trade history (individual buy and sell transactions), liquidity depth, and holder statistics. Traders use it to monitor new token launches, track whale wallet activity, and analyze price momentum.

DEXTscore: An automated composite score that rates any token pair across multiple dimensions including liquidity depth, trading volume, holder distribution, contract age, and audit status. The score is intended as a quick-filter tool, not a guarantee of safety.

Audit Scanner: DEXTools maintains an automated audit scanner that checks SPL and EVM token contracts against a library of 34 known rug pull and scam mechanisms. The scanner flags patterns such as: hidden mint functions, blacklist mechanisms, liquidity lock bypass methods, and ownership renouncement status. For Solana tokens, the scanner evaluates the Token Program and Token-2022 configurations.

Honeypot Detector: Identifies tokens where buy transactions succeed but sell transactions fail or carry hidden fees that prevent exits. This is a common rug pull pattern on Solana and EVM chains.

DEXTswap Aggregator: A built-in swap interface that routes trades across DEXs on the platform. On Solana, routing goes through Raydium, Jupiter, and Phoenix. Multichart and Multiswap features allow tracking multiple pairs simultaneously.

Big Swap Tracker: Real-time alerts for large transactions across any tracked pair, useful for monitoring whale activity.

Token Creation: DEXTools offers a no-code token creation tool for launching SPL and EVM tokens directly through the platform.

Subscription and DEXT Token

DEXTools offers subscription tiers tied to holdings of the DEXT token. DEXT is an ERC-20/BEP-20 governance and fee token with a 149.8 million maximum supply. Token burns via a 10% fee-on-use mechanism have reduced circulating supply, with more than 43 million DEXT burned to date.

Subscription tiers:

• Standard: Requires 1,000 DEXT or $19.90/month — ads removed, faster data refresh.
• Premium: Requires 100,000 DEXT or a higher monthly fee — full analytics suite plus DEXTShare, a revenue-sharing mechanism where Premium holders receive a portion of DEXTools' platform fees.

DEXT is not deployed on Solana; Solana-side functionality does not require DEXT holdings, though premium features are gated on DEXT.

Telegram Integration

DEXTools provides Telegram alert bots that notify users of price movements, large swaps, and new listings for pairs they follow. This is heavily used for monitoring newly launched Solana tokens.
