Spot On Chain is an AI-powered on-chain analytics platform that converts raw blockchain transaction data into readable trading signals and wallet intelligence. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Singapore, the platform is built on the premise that the public ledgers of major blockchain networks contain a continuous, machine-readable record of how capital moves, and that identifying which wallets move it well is a repeatable, scalable problem.

The Core Problem

Crypto markets generate an enormous volume of on-chain activity every second, most of it noise. The wallets that consistently make well-timed, profitable moves exist in that same data stream, but manually tracking them across dozens of blockchains and thousands of addresses is impractical for the average trader. Spot On Chain was designed to automate that work: ingest the raw transaction flow, classify wallets by historical behaviour, and surface only the signals that matter.

How It Works

At the infrastructure level, Spot On Chain processes 20,000 on-chain transactions per second across 12 blockchains, ingesting raw data through Google Cloud Blockchain Node Engine and routing it through a processing pipeline built on Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Functions, Dataflow, and BigQuery. Vertex AI, powered by Gemini 1.5 Pro, handles the generative AI layer, automating the production of blockchain signal reports and supporting output in eight languages.

That architecture was the product of a deliberate consolidation. The company previously operated across a fragmented multi-cloud environment, which introduced DevOps overhead, scalability ceilings, and cost pressure. Migrating to a unified Google Cloud stack pushed platform uptime from 95% to 99.9% and cut the time needed to backfill historical data when onboarding new blockchains by 30%. Report generation dropped from several minutes to roughly five seconds. According to Spot On Chain founder Tuan Nhu, the migration provided consolidation and efficiency of the whole workflow ecosystem, from compute needs to artificial intelligence.

Key Features

Smart Money and Whale Tracking. The platform classification engine separates the wallets that have historically been early and accurately positioned from the broad mass of ordinary activity. Whale wallets, defined by the scale of their holdings and transaction sizes, are tracked independently. When either category makes a significant move, the platform surfaces it in real time.

Personal AI Analyst. Rather than requiring users to manually curate a watchlist, the AI analyst monitors blockchain activity on their behalf and issues alerts automatically when anomalous or significant transactions are detected.

One-Click Smart Alerts. Configurable notifications for specific projects, traders, or whale wallets, deliverable without manual setup of individual tracking rules.

Target Users and Scale

Spot On Chain explicitly positions itself for traders across the skill spectrum, from active professional traders who rely on real-time on-chain data for timing decisions, to retail participants who want to follow smart money without doing the underlying data work themselves. The platform is available as both a web application and a mobile app. As of mid-2026, it has grown to serve more than 400,000 users.

AI Automation and Signal Quality

The platform reports that 90% of blockchain signal reports are now produced automatically, up from 60% under its previous infrastructure. Signal generation previously achieved a prediction accuracy rate above 70% in early testing, though the platform consistently frames AI suggestions as inputs rather than instructions.
